Root Busters you are the bomb!!!!!! When my water heater failed, I messaged through Yelp 3 different plumbers on 12-31 and Root Busters was the only on that messaged me back right away. A gentlemen named Kelli messaged me but I didn't quite understand what he was asking so I ended up calling them the next day on 1-1. I spoke with a very kind and understanding woman on the phone. She told me they can squeeze me in later on in the afternoon. When I expressed that I wanted some time to clean my home and schedule them for a different day. She assured me a messy home was no big deal and she offered a waiver on the call out fee. When the tech Andrew arrived, I apologized for the mess but he said it was no big deal. Andrew was polite, kind, professional, and respectful. My only con (which is why I'm only giving 4 stars instead of 5) is that Andrew didn't know what an anode rod on a water heater was or where was it on the one he installed. This is something that every plumber should know as it is an important part of a water heater. He asked what it was and I explained it to him. After a quick Google search on the new water heater I showed him where it was and he made sure I has easy access to it. We live in Bolingbrook and wanted to support a local business. I googled Plumbers and found RootBusters. They were local and all the 5 Star reviews were very good. What happened was Thursday our shower starting clogging up and all the toilet was backing up and dripping to the basement. RootBusters came out Friday and Phil noticed one of the PVC pipes in the basement was hanging, he fixed it by adding new rods. And also fixed the clogged toilet. Great service throughout the entire process. We had an issue with our Ejector pump that failed on a Sunday. Rootbusters were by far the quickest to respond(within minutes) and were out that day (others were as long as 4 days). They were had the replacement pump and were able to install it that day.
