After some research, it sounded like it was located in the Italian restaurant nearby. We walked in the Italian restaurant around 10p, and the employees were cleaning from dinner. The manager had no idea what the speakeasy was, so she had to ask another employee, which mentioned that they were closed? It seemed like nobody knew of the speakeasy that was supposedly located in the restaurant. Just save your time and hit the spots downtown. Pretty disappointing.

Went to West End last weekend. Band and atmosphere great!…read more After being sat, we ordered drinks. Took a while to arrive and we sat near the side bar. I agree with others, drinks definitely tasted watered down. Order a marg with a shot to tequila on the side to add in yourself. We kept trying to wave our waitress down to order appetizers, but she was not checking in with us. When she finally came back around, we ordered our second round of mixed drinks and appetizers. Apps came very quickly. FYI-Seafood dip is a cold dip, not warm, served with approx 8 water crackers. We had 6 people at our table. Ceviche was delicious. Fried pickles came with ranch that had not been refrigerated. Ordered meals & 3rd round of drinks. Drinks came and then the meal. Food was very good and fresh. I enjoyed the crab cakes. I'm giving 3 star review based on waitress not being attentive and drinks being watered down.

The bartender let me know the ticket wait was 30-60 minutes. She took my phone number I chose to pop back to my beach rental. I came back once it had been 30 minutes and my food was ready! It took the bartender some time to get the food, bag it up, bring it to us, and then take our payment. She was awesome! The restaurant really should have provided another bartender to assist, especially considering how busy they were. There were many big screen tvs playing sports. There were large ceiling fans. Overall I am glad I stopped there! It wasn't too loud and , despite being packed, eating inside or on their porch would have been nice.

February 18, 2022…read more Stopped in for dinner before Mardi Gras umbrella parade on east end. Owners are of Buckshot Saloon, fyi. This place is small with cute decor, small bar, TV's, game room and outdoor area for seating and golf cart parking. We got there at 6:15p on a Friday and they were already on a wait. I think because this location is west of Jamaica Beach (with more families, ie parties of 4+) they will fill up quicker at prime time. Because they were busy, bar service was slow and without any details, how can u serve a "lollipop" martini without 1 garnish?!! Anyways, we were sat at the kitchen area but, didn't have to wait for a table (compromise) We got fresh chips and salsa, and ordered an appetizer of fresh guac; good. We shared an order of beef fajitas for 1, served with, tortillas, rice (had no flavor) beans, pico (tsp-really?!) and dollop of guacamole. The onions and peppers were overcooked, beef was tough and chewy so, that was disappointing. Maybe because they were slammed all at once? It's a nice place to consider especially in summer when you can hang out outside.
