This is not exclusive to one area but spans the entire project area. Center Construction has a one year warrantee that they refuse to honor. Nate Tracy, the owner of Center Construction, refuses to remedy the situation and is aggressively denying assistance in resolving the situation. The work is deplorable and was not properly preformed to industry standards. Multiple attempts have been made to contact Mr. Tracey by email in March of this year. This is a revised Notice of Claim escalated to a demand for payment to cover the cost of the repairs that have already been completed. Note that you have already refused to remedy the situation months ago and therefore, under Wisconsin law, your chance to remedy the situation has long since expired. The experts that have provided temporary repairs to your work have provided me with the evidence necessary to achieve a positive outcome in my favor regarding the soon to be filed lawsuit. You have been notified 2 times by email of this intent and I have already provided you with this assessment. So the entire grading of the project was not correct. Water should have been able to drain from the back of the garage to the side of the garage and than out onto the driveway. Instead, you leveled it so that all the water on the back of the garage has no way to exit other than the drain. When the drain freezes, the water is trapped on the patio forming a thick layer of ice that destroyed the finish. The rear gutter on the garage also freezes solid as a result and the gutter backing up with ice. The water that accumulates on the side of the garage also has no where to go and turns into an ice sheet destroying the finish also. Your design caused the premature failure. You never discussed drainage with me, you decided to do what you did on your own. We never discussed proper leveling of your concrete work. You installed the "French Drain" that was supposed to make sure flooding and ice accumulation would not occur. You never discussed that I would need a heating element to attempt to stop this damage from occurring nor did you ever suggest I would encounter this problem whatsoever. You need to take me seriously. The weather/drainage damage spans the entire patio. These are not "chips" as you put it. I have a multitude of pictures and additional evidence. So the only reel way to fix this is to completely remove all the concrete and start over otherwise it will happen again and again every year. Although this is a disaster, if you want to pay the cost to fix the current problem now I will not go the rout of a complete demolition and you will only pay the cost of the immediate repair. It will never look like it did when you first finished the project before the winter however this is what I would expect you to pay: It cost me $1907.21 to remedy your work just for now, until another winter destroys the finish again. Baring complete demolition/replacement of the slabs this will unfortunately occur again and again forever. What was done: Wash and antique existing stamped patio. Reseal/Rejuvenate all stamped patio concrete. Mileage fee. Let me know what you wish to do. Otherwise, if I have to take you to court, I will sue you for the entire project cost. (Everything I paid you) You have not answered my request for payment and therefore you have not been provided with, and I assume you waived the right to see, the invoice for these repairs. Be advised Mr. Tracey that you have 15 working days to provide me the claimant, with notice of pending payment for these repairs. If you ignore me entirely, a lawsuit will be filed at the Rock County Courthouse. You can avoid additional costs to you (court costs and legal fees) by paying the $1907.21 promptly in the form of a cashiers check. This matter will then be resolved. If you wish to exercise this option please contact me as soon as possible to avoid escalation. This is not a joke, the case will be filed.

Not only were they…read moreseverely clogged from years of neglect and pine needles, but we also had a persistent leak and overflow issue near our front entryway that seemed impossible to fix. From the moment I contacted them, the experience was 5-star. They were responsive, easy to schedule, and confirmed the appointment the day before. The technician arrived right on time and was incredibly courteous and professional. What sets Gutter Tuneup apart is the quality of the work and their willingness to go above and beyond. They didn't just scoop out debris; they performed a full system inspection. They found a crucial misalignment issue on the back of the house that was causing the major leak. Instead of just cleaning and leaving, they fixed the pitch and sealed the joint on the spot, solving a problem that multiple other companies missed or ignored. The gutters now flow perfectly, even during heavy rain. They also did the best cleanup I've ever seen--absolutely no mess, leaves, or debris were left on my lawn, deck, or driveway. They treated my property with respect. If you need basic cleaning or, like us, you need an expert to finally fix a recurring issue, stop searching and call Gutter Tuneup. They are worth every single penny. Highest recommendation possible!

Absolutely Avoid - Unlicensed, Unskilled, and Completely Irresponsible…read more I strongly advise anyone considering this company for roofing work to look elsewhere. They advertise themselves as "roofing experts," but the truth is appalling: surely only one individual on their team, maybe the "boss" is actually licensed for roofing. The rest of the labor is subcontracted to unlicensed, untrained workers - individuals they seem to pick up from street corners or Home Depot parking lots, South American migrants, with no verified experience in roofing or skylight installation. The crew that came to replace my roof was in junk trucks that collect trash items, with no company logos; they spoke no English, the tools they used were a duck taped 2 ladders into one so they can get to the roof and duck taped electric cables to play Latin music while "working". Before leaving the block they collected some of my neighbors trash chairs and baby crib. One of their "bosses" proudly stated they are from Guatemala. Regardless where they are from they had no clue of the job to be done or work ethics. A side note: they ruined my flower beds and plants I had just planted in Spring. I hired the company to replace my roof and skylight because the 2 American gentlemen that came to my door to get my business seemed thrust worthy. I did not go out looking for them, there were other companies coming as well since we just had hail. However, due to their subcontracting, the job was clearly botched. As soon as winter hit -- the first winter after the roof replacement -- the skylight started leaking around the corners of the skylight. Water damage stained the bathroom ceiling, completely ruining the paint and creating the perfect conditions for mold to grow. Despite multiple calls and three return visits where they applied sealant around the skylight (and proudly showed me the caulking tube as if that's a professional solution), they now deny any responsibility. Instead, they're absurdly blaming "temperature changes" -- despite the fact that I've lived in this home for over four years and never had a leak before they touched the roof. They also said it is practically "impossible" to file claim with the skylight manufacturer- no explanation given. Their customer service is dismissive, evasive, and frankly insulting. One of the guys offered me $100. They refuse to fix the damage their shoddy workmanship caused, and it's clear they never intended to stand by their work in the first place. Their practices are shady, their professionalism nonexistent, and their concern for client satisfaction is zero. Clearly, hiring them you get zero warranty on their labor. This company is a textbook example of what happens when you hire people who cut corners, use unqualified labor, and run from accountability. Save yourself the stress, expense, and water damage -- hire a licensed, reputable roofer who takes their craft and clients seriously. I'll be taking legal action.
