Absolutely Avoid - Unlicensed, Unskilled, and Completely Irresponsible…read more I strongly advise anyone considering this company for roofing work to look elsewhere. They advertise themselves as "roofing experts," but the truth is appalling: surely only one individual on their team, maybe the "boss" is actually licensed for roofing. The rest of the labor is subcontracted to unlicensed, untrained workers - individuals they seem to pick up from street corners or Home Depot parking lots, South American migrants, with no verified experience in roofing or skylight installation. The crew that came to replace my roof was in junk trucks that collect trash items, with no company logos; they spoke no English, the tools they used were a duck taped 2 ladders into one so they can get to the roof and duck taped electric cables to play Latin music while "working". Before leaving the block they collected some of my neighbors trash chairs and baby crib. One of their "bosses" proudly stated they are from Guatemala. Regardless where they are from they had no clue of the job to be done or work ethics. A side note: they ruined my flower beds and plants I had just planted in Spring. I hired the company to replace my roof and skylight because the 2 American gentlemen that came to my door to get my business seemed thrust worthy. I did not go out looking for them, there were other companies coming as well since we just had hail. However, due to their subcontracting, the job was clearly botched. As soon as winter hit -- the first winter after the roof replacement -- the skylight started leaking around the corners of the skylight. Water damage stained the bathroom ceiling, completely ruining the paint and creating the perfect conditions for mold to grow. Despite multiple calls and three return visits where they applied sealant around the skylight (and proudly showed me the caulking tube as if that's a professional solution), they now deny any responsibility. Instead, they're absurdly blaming "temperature changes" -- despite the fact that I've lived in this home for over four years and never had a leak before they touched the roof. They also said it is practically "impossible" to file claim with the skylight manufacturer- no explanation given. Their customer service is dismissive, evasive, and frankly insulting. One of the guys offered me $100. They refuse to fix the damage their shoddy workmanship caused, and it's clear they never intended to stand by their work in the first place. Their practices are shady, their professionalism nonexistent, and their concern for client satisfaction is zero. Clearly, hiring them you get zero warranty on their labor. This company is a textbook example of what happens when you hire people who cut corners, use unqualified labor, and run from accountability. Save yourself the stress, expense, and water damage -- hire a licensed, reputable roofer who takes their craft and clients seriously. I'll be taking legal action.

Mike was very knowledgeable about the insurance claim process and helped facilitate the insurance inspection and claim/approval process. We chose Mike Seidel after inspecting other roofs he had done in our neighborhood and meeting with him to discuss our project. What impressed us most, was his integrity and insistence on the quality of the roofing system he would be installing and standing behind. His team did a great job from start to finish, (including clean-up) and made sure all the little details were wrapped up before pulling off the job. I called to have them come over and give me an estimate to repair my roof and gutter. It took them…read morea while to get to me before they came over. I signed a contract with them to get it completed by a certain date. They never kept in contact as to what day they were actually going to come over and do the roof. They showed up and did the roof part of it, but not the gutter part. I didn't hear from him for over a week a week and already past the contract deadline completion date. I also asked him for a quote to do the entire fascia around the house. I never got one. By this time i just wanted him to complete the project. He finally got ahold of me and explained that he had family issues and that's why it wasn't complete. As a costumer, I don't want to hear about your family issues. You're the owner of the company and have a project manager that works for you. If you don't trust the project manager, why have one. Have him earn his money and reach out to costumers if you can't. I was told serval times that they would be out today to finish the job. They never showed until 2 weeks after the deadline. He stated that we just got the materials to finish the job. Again, not my problem. Communication and customer service should be the first thing that needs to be done if you want the customer to recommend your company to other people looking for any roof repairs. Sorry that I have to write a review about this. The owner is a nice guy, but young. Get your project manager more involved in the company and have him reach out to costumers if things are going to be late or problems arise. If you're looking for a company to not call, communicate, or go over the contract deadline. Then use them. I'll go someplace else.

Dan contacted me immediately after we requested a quote on his site. He came to our home the next day. He listened to our needs and discussed various options etc. thoroughly and simply. Dan had quotes for us within a day or two. We had several requests or issues that arose before, during, and even after the process, and Dan was excellent in meeting our needs without hesitation. Fair and honest pricing. We highly recommend Dan and IRoof exteriors.

Here's just a few of the highlights: - Stuck to the original quote - no surprises when it came to billing - On time; with outdoor work it's easy for weather to throw a wrench in timing but these guys stuck to their original estimate for the time the job started and finished. - Excellent communication. I called Eric because his crew was terrific with my garage gutters. I was at the end of his waiting list, but the job only took 1 1/2 days once my turn came. I needed completely new fascia, soffets, 6 inch downspouts and gutters. The extra half day was because his crew needed to rebuild the roof and fascia board to actually do the work. He also installed a top-of-the-line gutter guard for me. Most importantly , his team positioned all the new down spouts at least 10 feet away from my house -the way I had asked. Thank God, Eric and his team knew what they were doing. My house now looks wonderful, and it is completely water tight. Thank you for the terrific job.
