    We bought a couch, chair and dining room set at HOM in Woodbury. The timing of the delivery was no…read moreissue. The problem started with the furniture itself. First, the couch had a stain that resembled a blood stain underneath the back cushion. Next, the dining table is an extension table. One end of the table makes a squeaking noise when leaning on it. When looking underneath the table, the rails underneath are not the same size as the other end of the table. Which is why it is squeaking/knocking. I contacted our salesperson who then told me the process of submitting a ticket for someone to come out and look at the pieces. A few weeks later, someone came out to remove the stain and then tried to fix the table with no such luck. He did try to put some sticky felt on the railings - which is not fixing the problem, just patching it for a little bit. Needless to say, the felt did not stay in place. We were told we can replace the table or receive our money back. We opted for replacing the table (supposed to be delivered this week). Now, last night I was sitting on the dining chair (which I haven't really sat on) I heard something drop on the floor. Here a screw came off of the bottom of the chair. How I know this? I had to turn over the chair and noticed where it came out of. I tried to replace and it was stripped. I then looked over the rest of the dining chairs and the majority of the screws were very loose or missing. The loose screws were stripped from whomever put the chairs together. Long story - I know. I had to put another ticket it for the chairs now. I love the sofa, chair and the dining table. However, paying a large amount of money (at least for our budget) it extremely disappointing and knowing I will not be buying anything from this facility again. I will write a follow up on the table and chairs.

I was offered…read morean inspection, but the inspection I received was a man showing up with a long stick who measured my mattress and left after five minutes. He told me customer service would call me. I waited at least a week for customer service to get back to me and they gave me a message that said my mattress was considered not defective. What a long painful, dumb process. All because I have a mattress that I want to return? To get a better mattress? I knew the place was fishy when I got it so this just confirms my suspicions. I know it's the mattress because I travel for work and every single bed has been more comfortable than this thing! With this I get shoulder pain, back pain, leg pain. Lovely! I've seen the other bad reviews from other people and their experiences here and it makes me feel like this company will be completely gone in a year or so. Just listen to everyone else and go anywhere else for your mattresses.

It took two weeks to get a tech to house to look at it for warranty purposes. Tech was only in house for 5 minutes. Tech did not turn in paperwork and we received a call 3 weeks after tech visit. Customer service told us it could be 2 - 6 weeks to get the part and that it would be shipped to our house. 2 weeks after this call, we called Customer service, only to find out the part is backordered and that they don't have an ETA much less ability to at least get tech scheduled if the part were to come in. Here we are almost three months after the loveseat broke and no closer to a resolution. NEVER buying from Ashley again.

We spend over 100 there that day and I was attempting to purchase an item from the display that was under 10.00 and the checkout gal argued with me about it not being part of the sale. This pissed me off---it seriously was on the display and by the sign..It would have made a bigger impression on me to just shave off the 1.50 discount but she decided to be a bitch so I let them keep that item and will wait till it is on the 50 or 70 % off but get it from another location. I have been to other locations where they bend over backwards with friendliness this one is not one of them.
