However, when I received my refund it was only $18, I had paid $71, that was quite a charge for return S&H. I had shopped at BB&B all my adult life until they closed all retail stores, was always a great place to shop. But my first purchase through their mail order business has been a disgusting experience. I will never purchase from BB&B again and strongly urge everyone to avoid buying from this mail order business as their customer service is terrible.

The tiles I had wanted seemed they might be too busy for our small bathroom/shower, so back we went to the store a week later. We worked with Patti again and she listened to my thoughts on the busyness of the patterns , and very quickly she pointed us to the perfect tiles. Patti was so helpful in this process, which with so many choices can be overwhelming. Floor and Decor always has such a great selection, and is our go-to for whichever property we are working on, but as busy rental property owners, it's really nice to have someone make the decision making quick and easy. We also want to weight out price options between different stores. We arrived in the early evening and it was not busy. As soon as we were about to enter the store, we were greeted very enthusiastically by an employee. It was so nice and welcoming. This store is massive! We decided to walk around the entire store since it was our first time here. I was surprised of the imbalance of product genres. Eventually, we located where the countertops were and it was the smallest section of this warehouse size store. Once we located the countertop section, we found very limited options but decided to pull samples together. There are areas where you can put samples together and see how everything looks. After we did that, we decided to leave. Upon walking out, an employee who was working the designing desk offered his card and informed us the services Floor & Decor provides, including someone coming to the home and assisting in ordering, designing, and providing estimates.
