So far, we have been very pleased with our Stearns & Foster split king with adjustable base. So much so that we also purchased a new bed for my elderly mother. However, when they delivered our new bed in mid-January 2020, the delivery truck damaged a section of our fence while backing out. The repairs cost me $200 which the store and warehouse both repeatedly promised would be reimbursed. Six weeks later, still no check. Shop elsewhere for your bed needs.

Im a single mom and 700.00 is a lot of money. I talked to Riley many times on the phone and she was super nice. She told me I just needed a piece of fabric, SOMETHING to send back so they can issue the return because they don't issue shipping labels back in return. A customer should not have to pay for return fees when they are not the one who damaged the shipping. That is not right. After the third time talking to her, we had a plan and we were moving forward. I was doing the 90% refund because I was unable to find the cover. Everything was great then Taylor has to email me and get everything off track and change everything. You can't do that when your employee in customer service already said I could. I will keep going until I get my refund. I will be contacting the state of Florida this week and putting complaints against this company and letting everyone on social media know what I have gone through. I was even going to purchase a smaller one with my refund money for my nephew for his birthday after talking to Riley and Taylor ruined it all. What could have been over and done with just got dragged out even longer once Taylor was involved. Horrible horrible customer service. You don't change what your employee says a customer can do. ‼‼‼ I won't stop until I get my refund I rightfully deserve. Taylor ruined this entire GOOD experience.

She also made a few suggestions as well. We took samples home and pondered them. The tiles I had wanted seemed they might be too busy for our small bathroom/shower, so back we went to the store a week later. We worked with Patti again and she listened to my thoughts on the busyness of the patterns , and very quickly she pointed us to the perfect tiles. Patti was so helpful in this process, which with so many choices can be overwhelming. Floor and Decor always has such a great selection, and is our go-to for whichever property we are working on, but as busy rental property owners, it's really nice to have someone make the decision making quick and easy. We highly recommend Floor and Decor, their fair pricing, quality tile, helpful staff and especially Patti, who was superb!

As we repair one thing, another opportunity/ disaster presents itself. Hubs was able to repair most of the beautiful hardwood floors that were ruined by previous owners but half of our home needed new flooring. Since we live in Ocala, we decided to use Floor & Decor as the option and chose to order online & delivery our first experience. We need countertops for our new kitchen so I suggested to hubs to travel up to the store so we can shop in person and browse options. We also want to weight out price options between different stores. We arrived in the early evening and it was not busy. As soon as we were about to enter the store, we were greeted very enthusiastically by an employee. It was so nice and welcoming. This store is massive! We decided to walk around the entire store since it was our first time here. I was surprised of the imbalance of product genres. Eventually, we located where the countertops were and it was the smallest section of this warehouse size store. Once we located the countertop section, we found very limited options but decided to pull samples together. There are areas where you can put samples together and see how everything looks. After we did that, we decided to leave. Upon walking out, an employee who was working the designing desk offered his card and informed us the services Floor & Decor provides, including someone coming to the home and assisting in ordering, designing, and providing estimates. We were also greeted on the way out of the store. The employees were really nice.

The shopping process is incredible as well. They have a small store front with a good and diverse selection of mattresses, but not an overwhelming amount that are priced incredibly high like the big box stores. She also gave me tips to make sure that I was able to keep the 10 year warranty. They provide a truly personal shopping experience because you will be the only one in the store! Best part is the mattresses are over 50% cheaper than they would at a big box store! I am obsessed with my new mattress, and so glad I went to them.
