After explaining my desires, she showed me her large showroom which included many options for my price point. She helped me settle into to a decision and we secured a transaction. For a nominal fee, she arranged to have her delivery crew remove the old mattress (free delivery, by the way!). The two-man delivery crew was friendly and expedient. They came and left with a smile. Honestly I was surprised by the lack of communication, response, and just consistency of anything…read more First off I was told my bedroom set would be delivered on a Friday it wasn't it was delivered 2 1/2 weeks later which isn't too bad. Called they couldn't figure out anything. We where sleeping on the floor so it wasn't a great situation hence why we needed it fast they said they were the fastest....no. They said we will send someone to give you a bed frame since your set is late...... two days no show no call I called several times and nothing but ohh we will get it out.... Never did. Finally the set arrives the bed is broken with screws sticking up and chunks missing. We call them to replace it quickly they do after a couple days. The only good experience was at the end but I looked today at the side of my dresser/ chest and it's scratched to the wood. The people who put in the furniture scratched it getting it off the truck. I don't recommend this business I am just shocked at the lack of everything. I am grateful they fixed the bed but I don't think the whole ordeal is worth it. I should've looked closer at the furniture when it came in but I was too focused on the horrible bed that I ended up having to sleep on. I regret not asking them to replace it after spending 3,000. Im a single mom and 700.00 is a lot of money. I talked to Riley many times on the phone and she was super nice. She told me I just needed a piece of fabric, SOMETHING to send back so they can issue the return because they don't issue shipping labels back in return. A customer should not have to pay for return fees when they are not the one who damaged the shipping. That is not right. After the third time talking to her, we had a plan and we were moving forward. I was doing the 90% refund because I was unable to find the cover. Everything was great then Taylor has to email me and get everything off track and change everything. You can't do that when your employee in customer service already said I could. I will keep going until I get my refund. I will be contacting the state of Florida this week and putting complaints against this company and letting everyone on social media know what I have gone through. I was even going to purchase a smaller one with my refund money for my nephew for his birthday after talking to Riley and Taylor ruined it all. What could have been over and done with just got dragged out even longer once Taylor was involved. Horrible horrible customer service.
