We did a little skiing at Nubs and stayed at the casino hotel. Gambled a little and went over for dinner. We had to wait :25 min to get seated. Mind you, there was only 7 tables being used out of 40. It took another :14 minutes to get water to our table once seated. The waiter was very nice but slower then a turtle in the Texas sun. We both ordered the prime rib. That took :32 minutes to arrive. It came barely warm wreaking of smoke. (Must have been heated up on a smoker). Can green beans and some old whipped potatoes served with it. The ambiance was cool, the server was nice. The food was honestly the worst thing I had eaten in Michigan. Not one person asked how we enjoyed our meal. Not the waiter, not the manager on the way out. This whole place needs to be gutted from the inside out. Not recommended at ALL Worst prime rib we've ever eaten. Took two bites and left the whole plate read more

This place sits inside the casino. The place is very nice and is a great place to hang out and conversation. The service was quick and our waitress was very helpful. The appetizer were great and plentiful. The burnt end tacos were delicious. The Korean sloppy Joe was a good choice. The fires are waffle fries and seasoned. Overall the price and portions are good. A great place to eat even if you don't gamble. read more

It was our first time going to the restaurant and won't be our last. The young man his name is Teagan who was our server was exceptional, he was polite and funny and made sure our dinner was a good experience. Newer restaurant that's been heavily advertised as a tap room and place to go for fun and games. The atmosphere is nice, but it doesn't feel or look like a taproom at all. Also for advertising as a taproom they are severely lacking actual beer on tap. Most other restaurants in the area have far more beers on tap and much much better selections. When we were there we tried to order 3 different beers on their menu and ended up ordering a cocktail because they didn't have that beer anymore. The food wasn't anything great. We ordered their pretzel bites. They were the exact same ones you can buy in the grocery store. They were hard and very dry. They served them with their housemade beer cheese. Which must have been over cooked, because it was very gritty and had a weird texture. Also came with a "raspberry dipping sauce" which was just a scoop of raspberry jam. For fifteen dollars was severely disappointing. Their smoked meatlovers pizza and signature 94 burger on the other hand were great and at a fair price. Would definitely order those again. Also their cocktails were creative and tasted great so the place does has some good qualities. Just don't go there if you're expecting a taproom because it isn't at all. The food is a disservice to the kind staff and restaurant ambiance. Started with fried mushrooms... first try was still cold on the inside so if looking for fresh battered mushrooms skip this starter. These are obviously bulk bought and frozen. Second try was extra crispy but at least they were cooked! Mac & cheese with brisket was like Chef Boyardee chili mac. Meh. Eke. There were no real pieces of brisket at least Chef Boyardee had that. Ribs could've been better if didn't have a gritty rub under the sauce. All tried beans... spicy hot and unusual taste. Brisket sandwich and grilled chicken sandwich were good. Watch for spicy hot pickles if not a fan. All dishes were not hot but rather more served at room temperature. There is a lot of room for improvement for the food. Waitress was great with what she had to offset. Personally one and done. read more

Oh my. We decided to go because it was petoskey restaurant week. Service was extremely slow. My fish tacos were dripping in grease and mayo from the watery coleslaw. So disappointed. The burgers were average and the fish dinner was OK at best. Took 45 minutes to have food on the table from when we ordered. read more

Newly opened at the Odawa Casino in Petoskey. Big menu with a lot of entrees, sandwiches, ribs and wood fired pizzas. If you like beer they've got a lot on tap and by the bottle. After some conversation with our friendly server we chose the wood fired pizza. Evidently they just changed from flat bread oblong style to a round traditional style based on customer request. It was thin and cooked probably not as long as it should have been in the wood fired oven but it still it was pretty good. We would request a more well done pizza on our next visit. The restaurant is large and completely remodeled from the buffet that was originally in this location. It is a great lively atmosphere with TV's and a sports bar feel with booths and tables. There is outside dining available with a decent sized deck which faces west for sunset views. The manager was on site and engaged with all of the diners. We will return. read more

Extremely slow service. Waited 30 minutes for a cocktail and few people in the restaurant. Many items on menu were unavailable.

This could have been an outlier since it was busier due to a concert, but despite friendly service, quick seating, and a pretty nice atmosphere, we waited 1.5 hours and only received one person's food, and one round of drinks with promise that our food was coming soon after (which it never did). So the first person's meal had gone cold since they were waiting to eat with the rest of us. After we expressed our concern we got a second round of drinks, but at that point, we were going to miss the concert, so we talked to the manager, who confirmed that the rest of our meals hadn't been started, offered to pay for our meal, and the we left. Mind you, there were only four of us. Not sure whether they have some kinks to work out, but just sharing our experience so folks can adjust their expectations if heading over any time soon. We felt bad for the waiter because he seemed overworked and stressed at the time, but he was understanding of our predicament. read more
