You'll hear from Shawn multiple times during the day giving you updates and he is very thorough in explaining the quote, process, and time-line. m writing this review for others to be aware of how this company works. I'm gonna list a few things here. First, I will say he was very flexible to try and come on weekends as my job is not super flexible. That being said, the job was not done in one day. The job consisted of replacing my railing and adding some supports under my deck. While these items were completed, Shawn decided to power wash my deck as a courtesy and damaged it in the process. I attached a few photos but my entire deck has chunks missing and it's scratched all over. He tried to blame it on the deck being older but later agreed he was unaware that the deck shouldn't have been power washed after he called the company to confirm. (You can see in the screenshot messages I attached). As a professional, I trust that the contractor hired is fully educated on the specialty they claim to be trained in. He agreed to replace the boards (25 out of 35) which I agreed to. You can again see that I was willing to accept that in the attached messages. Well, let's just say this was 6 months ago and it's still not done. He later refused to do it and said his "manager" would come take a look. Manager also agreed the damage was on them and the boards would be replaced (see attached messages). Coincidentally, he no longer works there and I have still not received a response from Shawn. You can also see his aggressive tone and cursing when I was being kind and patient. I don't need to say much more on all that as the proof is in the attachments as well as in his response to other bad reviews. He will try to say I haven't paid the remainder of the work he did do however, he was made aware twice as was the manager that I never received another link to pay the remainder. Additionally, he spoke with me about a previous customer who sued him in court and said all types of unprofessional things about her. If I would've heard this prior to the job being started, I wouldn't have had him do the job. Plus made comments about Hispanics, how he likes thicker women, and talking poorly about another roofing company. Smoking cigs on my deck with my back door open, taking countless smoke breaks, lack of communication, etc. All unprofessional. Let's also add that he had his girlfriend come into my house without my permission & I walked into my living room to find no contractors in my house but a random woman standing there. Anyway, I'll be filing in small claims court. My suggestion would be to find an alternative contractor and save yourself the possible headache. Highly recommend this company. They were responsive and fairly priced. My roof needed to be completely gutted and replaced and Shawn and his team constantly sent pictures and videos to show the quality of their work. This is a trustworthy company that will keep in communication with you. read more

We hired Rooftop Warriors LLC to construct an 16 x 18 lean to roof above a concrete patio in our back yard. With this construction we also wanted two skylights to be installed. From when the original velux skylights were installed up until now the roof will leak in multiple spots during heavy rains. Rooftop Warriors is aware of this and will not fix the issue at this point saying they've done everything they can and refusing to return. I have had multiple companies out to assess the work and and determine damages. I have filed an insurance claim with their insurance company and they had sent an inspector to assess, and perform a water test. I had hired an inspector to compile an inspection report while the water test was being performed by by the insurance company's inspector. Everyone has all pointed out numerous things done incorrectly and also noted that the way the roof is connected to the existing house structure (siding, brick work, and roof areas) was all done incorrectly. read more

Shawn and Rooftop Warriors are great! Five out of five stars would recommend. When my roof needed updating because of a leak, I contacted him and he responded almost immediately. He was able to get here to give us a quote within a day or two and the job was scheduled for within the week. Our roof was replaced in one day by three workers and we haven't seen any leaks since. Shawn was very thorough with pictures of the job and explained to us exactly how they had fixed the leak and replaced the whole roof. A few months later, when having our cooling unit inspected, it was noted that there was a connection issue that involved the roofing job. We contacted Shawn immediately. He was very responsive in helping us fix the problem. He took full responsibility and had specialists come out to fix the problem as soon as possible. All was resolved quickly and we are very satisfied! Two of the best things about working with Shawn and Rooftop Warriors is how down to earth he is and his quick responsiveness. He cares a lot about getting the job done right and maintaining a good customer relationship. I had a leak from my roof coming through my light fixtures. I called Rooftop Warriors because I had seen many reviews on a community website. Shawn, the owner, answered the call and promised to help. He and a member of his staff came to assess the problem. They confirmed my suspicions that I needed a new flat roof and replacement of my 70 year old shingles. The price was great for replacement of both! The job was completed in a timely fashion. Chris and Shawn were great about letting me know what would be done. They documented the work with pictures and videos before, during and after the job. They did beautiful work. The staff did an amazing job of clearing the debris from my yard. We had rooftop warriors replace our roof and it was installed incorrectly, which caused massive leaks for months. Whenever there was a leak only patch work was done, which then would cause a leak somewhere else. When the last leak occurred, we were told they couldn't come out for a week, which only caused more damage to the inside of our property. read more

I made an appt. for Tuesday 2/21 for between 10:00 am - 12:00 pm, he did not show and did not call. I sent him a message & Sean called and said he had forgotten about it because he had stepped on a nail. Then he said Billy would come out to see what was needed on Wednesday. Needless to say Billy did not show up or call. I would have appreciated if Sean had said they would not be able to or not interested in this job. Instead he just wasted my time.
