As a senior I have never gone on my roof and could not see my chimney. It was extremely disappointing to me that this company did not tell me my chimney needed work before I paid so much money for a new roof. If I had known I would have had my chimney repaired first before the new roof was installed. It made me feel like they really were only interested in my money and not very honest about the shape of my chimney went they came to give an estimate. It was a very disappointing experience and would not recommend them because of this experience.

He wouldn't even look at my roof without charging me. His time may be valuable, but so is my hard earned cash, which his company clearly did not want. Happy to take my business elsewhere and not give thousands of dollars to someone who speaks so rudely to a potential customer.

Well they came today and did another job, the flashing around the chimney. great job, I recommend AJT for any roofing jobs especially preventative maintenance, they will be back in the September to replace the cap on top of the chimney. They also introduced me to solar powered attic ventilation which I'm considering.

We signed a contract with this company in early April, provided a full 4-week lead time, and even…read moregave a 40% deposit at the time of signing. Everything appeared to be moving forward until just 4 days before the scheduled completion date, when the sales representative informed us they had "misquoted" the project and that it would now cost several thousand dollars more. This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Changing the agreed price at the last minute after a signed contract and deposit had already been provided put us in a very difficult position, especially now that most contractors are already booked for the summer season. We understand mistakes can happen, but honoring signed agreements and communicating accurate pricing are basic expectations. Unfortunately, our experience showed a lack of accountability and reliability, and we cannot recommend this company based on how this situation was handled.

First, my thanks go to fellow Yelpers. I used Yelp to choose my contractor. The many excellent…read morereviews led me to choose Lifetime. Cary (the owner) came in with the first of several estimates. Of the contractors I contacted, he best understood what I wanted. My house had rotting window frames, uneven bad-looking shake shingle siding that was long past the day I should have done something about it. A house down the street had the look I wanted, and Cary quoted me the price. I also asked about replacing my front and side doors. The siding color I wanted was a special order, so I had to wait a couple weeks for it to be made. It was well worth the wait. Lifetime supplied a brand called "Perfection" and it is truly perfect siding. The siding sections lock together in a way that I don't think even a hurricane would loosen them. All the rotted wood was replaced with Azek trim. The result is my 70-year-old run-down house now looks like a new build. The doors that leaked cold air during the winter are gone. I am very satisfied.
