As a senior I have never gone on my roof and could not see my chimney. It was extremely disappointing to me that this company did not tell me my chimney needed work before I paid so much money for a new roof. If I had known I would have had my chimney repaired first before the new roof was installed. It made me feel like they really were only interested in my money and not very honest about the shape of my chimney went they came to give an estimate. It was a very disappointing experience and would not recommend them because of this experience.
