The only problem was somewhat sloppy maintenance after the installation was completed. For weeks afterward Diane and I found roofer's nails and other debris on our back patio and adjacent lawns. Then five loose nails blew from the roof and were ultimately found on the floor of our swimming pool, leaving 23 rust stains as our pool sweep moved the nails around the pool bottom while we were gone for a week. I and a magnet pulled nails out of the pool, but Diane and I had to hire a pool service company to remove the rust stains. A young man came out with a drone and flew it over my house. I was initially impressed at the process, and the identified issues with my roof. I thought he'd climb up there to check it out, but he seemed to have it all worked out. He said I'd get a quote emailed to me, but after waiting a couple weeks, it never came. This brought me to Alpha Roofing. I scheduled an estimate, where I met Mario. The disrespect I felt with him flaunting his dodger hat to a deeply rooted Yankee home!!! yes, I proudly wore my Yankee hat as he and I bantered back-and-forth. We instantly hit it off. Mario is a personable and friendly guy, I felt comfortable with him. He came into my home to see the source of the leak and asked for access to my attic. He grabbed a ladder and climbed onto my roof first. I questioned him not having a drone and he told me he did, but for initial estimates, he needed to walk my roof to see what was going on. Once on my roof, he quickly identified everything the other roofing company mentioned and so much more. He found the source of my leak. The drone was great, but would never have caught the tiny holes left in my roof from removing solar pool panels. That gave me an Oh *hit moment!
