After the owner of the plumbing company came out and fixed what he needed to quickly and at a very reasonable price the worker from Arid came out to view the final phase of my problem. Patrick (the owner) gave me an appointment for his workers to install a sump pump. The first pictures are of the check valve portion of the project. The second picture is an extension installed by Mazzone to my check valve two feet below my basement floor. The third set of pictures are from the completed job by Arid. The workers from Arid were very polite and worked quickly and very effectively with a great deal of carefulness for my home and living spaces. For starters, the company's trailer broke down on my curb due to a flat tire when the driveway was initailly being replaced. After leaving the trailer there for days, when the company finally sent someone to pick the trailer up, the worker ended up ripping my grass up when trying to move the filled trailer. The worker then dumped the dirt contents from the trailer on the ground in front of my house and left the dirt there for days on end before the company finally sent someone back out to collect and remove the dirt. There is also already grass growing up through the driveway. I have attempted to have the company come back and fix the driveway and have been given every excuse in the book when they have failed to show up to replace their shotty work. I've been told, "the foreman who is on your job is out on family leave", "there's been a death in our crew", "we're first responders and other jobs are more important", "if the person in charge of your driveway can't make it on the day we've scheduled, I promise the boss himself will be out to fix your driveway". I'm still waiting on the driveway to be fixed and now the company is no longer answering their phones and sending my calls straight to voicemail. Avoid at all costs!!

This was not the first job that NJ's Best Paving has done for us at Tudor Hall. The last job that…read morethey did was the side entranceway to our courtyard. It is made up of all bluestone. They carefully had to reset all the paver bluestone slabs and then reset the steps leading up to the entrance gate. After setting everything in place they used this special grouting material that hardened like concrete and almost matches the bluestone. The job came out so beautiful that we now have to do the other much larger entranceway by demand of the unit owners who are saying how it looks ugly compared to the newly restored area. Like I said earlier they have done a lot of work for us and never a problem. Their work is always done on time if not before the given time. As with the roof job, Mohammed quotes a great price and was prompt to complete the job after they start. They even took the time to resurface the first layer of cement after a rain storm damaged that initial layer.
