We are very happy with the work these guys did to our home recently. They replaced our roof, both…read morepatio and pool decks, and installed a sliding glass door. Marcos gave me an estimate for each one, which was very fair. First, they did a complete tear off and put on a new roof. Then, they replaced the deck boards and did repairs to some boards underneath. The third project, they replaced our patio door with a sliding glass door. At each job, they arrived on time, cleaned up the area after, and they are all very friendly. I know I wouldn't get a better job for a better price anywhere else. Next job....replace kitchen floors!

I hired this company for several exterior repairs. The concrete work turned out well, and I was…read morepleased with that portion. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the front door trim replacement. I provided photos and explained that I wanted something similar to the existing trim. We discussed flat PVC, and I specifically asked if it would be similar to what was already there, just without the decorative profile. The finished result was not what I expected, and the caulking and paint work did not look professionally finished. Paint was left on the concrete near the bottom door trim, and debris was left in the yard. The storm door also did not operate properly after the work--it no longer opened as far or closed/latch as it had before. Screws were also left stripped and shutters were bent. I had to carve out additional time for the company to return and try to correct the issues. I had also requested replacement of the smaller inner trim, but only after the work was completed was I told that it was part of the storm door and could not simply be replaced. I wish this had been explained during the estimate so I could have made an informed decision beforehand. The original project also included work on the garden hose connection. They ran into an issue and told me they would provide a new quote, but I never received one. Even if they ultimately couldn't complete the work, a follow-up letting me know would have been appreciated. Overall, the concrete work was good, but the door-trim workmanship, cleanup, communication, additional time required for corrections, and lack of follow-through left me disappointed.

Aldo came to do the work promptly for what I thought was a fair price, but less than 2 weeks later,…read moreall of the weeds are growing back, as they were not removed nor treated properly. The job was half done. I told him and asked him to come back and complete the job and he said it's normal for the weeds to come back and that a lot of his customers have him weed on a monthly basis... maybe a weed here or there, but I paid well for weeding and mulching to eradicate weeds and this was not our arrangement. Did not seem to understand that to keep weeds from growing back, he should have put down weed mat or sprayed - he did not do either and did not raise either as 'extra'. So, $300 for these areas and 2 weeks later it looks like my yard bed is heading back to where we started. Spraying here and there is reasonable as a homeowner, but as a landscaping company, I expected better service and more knowledge. He told me he did his job well and isn't coming back. I wanted to give a chance for someone to come back and correct, but he said no, so I want to leave an honest review for other yelp users looking for a similar project.

LOOK NO FURTHER THAN EXPRESS TREE SERVICE! From my first…read morephone call I was met with courtesy and professionalism. Jose came out right away to provide an estimate (which was more than reasonable) and took time to carefully explain which parts of the tree he would be trimming back and the reason for each cut. I needed a very tall elm tree trimmed in my rear yard. Even though it is impossible to use a basket truck to reach the tree because of the tree's location off of my alley, the team had no problem climbing the tree and avoiding all power and internet lines. The team arrived on-time and finished in the time promised. The entire clean up job was fantastic and the tree looks great! I can now rest easy about the safety of the limbs around my house and yard. Jose is an extremely professional and friendly businessman and it is obvious he takes great pride in his work, enjoys his job, and values his customers. I am definitely going to hire them again for any job I need done, and I highly recommend Jose and his team for someone you can trust that will treat you fairly and provide high quality services. You can count on him for an honest, thorough, and outstanding job! M.O.
