Within maybe 2-3 minutes they had already ran the necessary diagnostics on the alternator and battery to determine it was definitely the battery. They found that my car takes a special kind of battery that they've never worked with before. That didn't stop them from ordering said battery and having it delivered and ready for me the very next morning. They called me and said they could replace it quickly for me. I drove right over and they stopped what they were doing to quickly replace my battery with the new one. When it was all said and done, they charged me half of what the Subaru dealership said they were going to charge me for the same work. They spent a grand total of a few minutes of my time to get me fully squared away. I, personally, have never received such great service from a repair place. Couldn't recommend them more!

Derek was more than willing to help us, go above and beyond and was never pushy whatsoever. He gave us plenty of time on our own to test drive and inspect our car. Their entire team is paitent, friendly, laid back and welcoming. The dealership has a comfortable atmosphere. The financial transaction was crystal clear and Derek made 100% sure we understood all of our options. Never once felt like we we're being taken advantage of or pressured. Our finalized deal took less than one hour without any additional headaches. Derek then took his time in the freezing cold going over every possible option and technology our new car had with confidence. We even had a moment to meet Greg Fieldhouse with a personal greeting. It's still a great experience to do business with a family owned dealership who truly respects its customers, community and each other. Looking forward to our future relationship with this dealership. Thank you Fieldhouse!
