Thankfully, as he pulled into the parking lot and not driving on the highway his car had a front suspension failure that left him stuck. Calling me from 4 hrs away left me feeling helpless as a dad. Thanks to Google and luck from above we found Cheever's Towing and Ron's Auto. We were in a position where we had no choice and could have been easily abused (think of the movie Vacation). I am writing this bc of the exact opposite. Both companies when out of their way to help me help my kid. Ron himself looked over the car, quickly got parts the next day and the car back on the road. We were in a bad situation and somehow feel better about it as he is leaving to go back to college with that same car. Honest, good people. Literally would trust them with anyone of my family cars. Thank you Ron and Chris! Happy New Year!

I cannot say enough good things about Need A Lift Auto Towing Service and especially Jamie, the…read moredriver who helped me today. What started as a very stressful day turned into a much better experience thanks to his professionalism and kindness. I hit a huge pothole on I-94 near Gary, Indiana, which caused a flat tire and left me stranded on the shoulder with traffic flying by at highway speeds. I was on my way home to spend Father's Day with my dad, and this was the last thing I expected to happen. From the moment Jamie spoke with me on the phone, he was calm, reassuring, and genuinely caring. He made me feel like I was in good hands before he even arrived. Once he got there, he was professional, efficient, and incredibly courteous. Jamie then drove both me and my vehicle all the way to my dealer's service department in Illinois. During the drive, we had a wonderful conversation, and I was impressed by how warm, friendly, and compassionate he was. After many years in the towing industry, it would be easy for someone to become indifferent, but Jamie was exactly the opposite. He showed genuine empathy and treated me with kindness and respect throughout the entire experience. If you ever find yourself needing a tow, I highly recommend Need A Lift Auto Towing Service. Thank you, Jamie, for turning a difficult and stressful situation into a much more positive experience. Your outstanding customer service will not be forgotten.
