I thought it was just a ball and a squishy toy stuck in my tub. Luis showed up within about 15 minutes and was very professional, helpful, and honest. Luis was able to get everything out and unclog the tub without trying to add unnecessary services. I really appreciated how quickly he came out and how helpful he was. Great service, honest, and reliable. I will definitely call LM Plumbing again if I ever need a plumber. Thank you, Luis!

Both technicians were very thorough, professional, and informative when assessing the problem. The kitchen drain needed to be snaked on two separate occasions. I had mentioned to the company that the clog must have been pretty serious going on years, especially since my dad had tried to resolve the issue years ago without fully getting it fixed. Now, as of September 2026, we'll see how everything holds up and whether pressure cleaning may be needed down the road but he did informed me that there would be some sort of discount. That really tells me that the company is considerate and really takes care of returning clients. Overall, the team did a great job, and the plumbing was properly cleared all the way to the city main line. I especially appreciated how helpful Anthony was. He explained the warranty clearly and let me know that if any issues came up within the following week or so, I could call them back. So I had to turn off the water main until it could get fixed, because otherwise the water would just run full blast. Because of my hard water, the cartridge in the valve was stuck, and with the shaft sheered, I couldn't get a grip on it to pull it out. Clearly it was time to call in an expert... and fast! I gave Jesus a call, and he came out within a couple of hours. It took him a bit of time, force, and creativity to finally break the old cartridge loose... but he got it, and we were back in business! I had specifically called Tracy Rooter because I've found with other projects that I strongly prefer working with small local businesses instead of big corporations. And, again in this case, I think that was the right choice. With a small business like this, every customer matters... and I felt that in his interactions, in his service, and even in his reasonable pricing. I will certainly be calling Tracy Rooter again for my future plumbing projects!
