My experience here was just amazing, the customer service and friendliness of the staff is a 10 out of 10. The professionalism of Dr. Damon and his experience can't be matched. Just recently I lost my retainers after years of wearing them. I called in From Seattle (where I now live) to ask about replacements. The staff were on it right away and worked to schedule me within days of a trip I was taking to Spokane. They literally went above and beyond to get me fitted, make new retainers and get them delivered to me. I was extremely satisfied and so happy to get new retainers. Seriously don't look anywhere else, Damon Ortho is THE best, and you will LOVE the results, I guarantee it!

My daughter loves this place. They saw us at 8:50am after we called them at 8! The staff and doc were all personable. We weren't charged for them to look at her retainer since we were new patients and were told our next exam and X-rays were complimentary?!?!? Still reeling over this service! You would be nuts to go anywhere else...truly. No matter what age you'll love this place. The doc was very knowledgeable and caring when handling my daughter. I'm originally from California where people charge for everything and they move you around like you're on an assembly line. Our last orthodontist was a great guy but Doc Curtis is in a league of his own with this office! I just had to add this: my daughter just got back from a week long girls camp and decided to chow down on a bag of kettle corn. Needless to say her spring popped out and the wire stabbed her in the cheek. We had no idea where the spring went and she was crying because the wire was stuck in the j side of her mouth. Dr. Curtis has a plan for emergencies. He has an on-call orthodontic assistant that answered the phone promptly and agreed to meet us at the office to take care of my daughter. Did I mention that it is 8:30 at night?!?!? Yeah. Doc Curtis and staff come through for us again! And AGAIN the service was COMPLIMENTARY!!! If I could give them 10 stars I would. UPDATE: My daughter just got her braces off and just wow...in one appointment I saw my daughter go from hiding her smile to feeling confident and beautiful. If only you knew what she was going through and how this completely changed her. I wish I could express to you in words how much this meant to her and to us, her family. It may seem like such a small thing to some but for my daughter this could be life changing. Thank you so much for bringing a smile back to my daughter's face.

I'd give Curtis Orthodontics 2 stars…read more On the positive side, the energy in the office is great and they do an excellent job making kids feel comfortable--mine actually enjoy going, which says a lot. That said, the biggest issue is availability. It feels like the focus is more on bringing patients in than actually accommodating them once they're clients. There's very little flexibility with scheduling, and getting an appointment after school (3-5 PM) is nearly impossible. Missing school regularly just isn't a realistic option for most families. If they could improve access and scheduling flexibility, this would be a much stronger experience overall.

There wasn't a single question she didn't know the answer to in fact it was so easy I kept re-asking her the same questions because at Dr. Johnson's office he had made these questions seem so difficult and she answered them with such ease I felt like I was in the twilight zone. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and Dr. Weigand is kind, personable, and great at what he does. I have a wonderful experience every time I go in. Dr. Weigand uses state of the art equipment to identify problems early, and fix them quickly. He frequently utilizes lasers in his practice. Obviously it is at the doctors discretion when it is used so no promises on having this technology used on you, but for shallow cavities the doctor was able to use a laser device to remove and fill the cavities without having to numb me. It was awesome! Instead of being in there for an hour and not being able to eat for the next few hours, I was in and out in about 25 minutes and had nothing preventing normal eating or drinking. There was a cold sensation associated with the use of the device but there wasn't any pain. I'm sure the experience can differ from person to person and cavity to cavity, but it was amazing technology. While he is a bit on the pricey side, if you have good dental insurance I would highly suggest seeing Dr. Weigand. I am in the United States Navy and they put a top bar on my mouth before I left for Boot camp in 2007 so I wouldn't loose my retainer. Well about 4 years ago my top bar broke and I had it fixed and with a new permanent retainer the female of the two orthodontist's (I believe dr. Paxton) did not charge me much I think it was less than 200.00 also including the clear retainer. Well I was home 4 years later visiting for bloomsday and schedule an appointment because my top bar broke again, I was quoted 160.00 on the phone, well by the time I was done they took the cement off my bottom bar, did my top bar then gave me a retainer. I was about to leave and one of the ladies that works there said "oh that's going to be 375" and the male orthodontist said you shouldn't have been quoted over the phone, we will fix that internally. well I obviously couldn't not pay it. But when you're quoted 160 and it comes out to 375 that's a pretty big difference. If something happens again I will not come back, which is sad after literally 15+ years. I met with the doctor and he was great and easy to speak with, but the woman kept shooting me looks over his shoulder and ignored me as I left the room after my appointment and did not walk me out even though I made it clear I did not know my way out. I will not be coming back. I do not recommend this place if you are searching for treatment as an adult.
