My kids get excited to play at the office because it's such an enjoyable environment with games, movies and little activities on the wall. These things do help children have a good experience and I love that. Dental assistant Tori was so kind and informative of things and she really educates parents and the kids on how to take good care of our teeth without any judgement as well. She makes it light and fun and my kids are always excited to come here. Crazy huh? I wish I had a dentist experience like my kids do. Dr. Delonas was awesome as well and honestly I'm requesting him for all my kids dental needs. I feel like as a parent, we are not taken advantage here unlike other places we have been too. He really listens and gives you multiple options that fit our needs without any judgement. He is so good with kids! I would absolutely recommend this dental office to anyone and I always tell people how awesome they are. Thank you all for giving my children a good experience at the dentist. They do not fear coming ever, even if it's a big procedure. That's what's made me love this place so much. We moved out of town and I will 100% drive here for the service and care we get.

We came back 6 months later, we decided not to get new X-rays. The dentist walked in, looked at her old X-rays and starting point out that there were new cavities and that the old ones were growing. The hygienist told him those were my daughters old X-rays, he didn't even listen to her, just continued to look at the old X-rays and tell me she had new cavities... He never once looked in my daughters mouth. This dentist is a liar. Do not go here unless you want useless procedures that will cause your child trauma and empty your bank account.

In…read morethe middle of my treatment they cancel their contract with my insurance but didn't communicate with several patients. At the end, I was charged way more than the agreed amount. I tried to talk and was ignored. I find this very unprofessional and unethical. Anything that we agree upon before the start of a treatment should be honored even if one of the parties decided to change terms at some point. Very very disappointed. I work very hard to pay all my bills in time, and to be caught with a "surpise" additional bill was not fair to me or any other patients that were in the same position.

The more frustrating aspect is we got charged over $50 for a comprehensive exam because insurance only allows a comprehensive exam once every two years. But the previous comprehensive exam (done within the last two years) was done by a different dentist, so insurance would cover their compressive exam. They sent the wrong codes to insurance and they were adamant about us paying the fee. Pretty ridiculous, and frustrating because previous dentist we had for 5+ years, we never paid a dime. The lack of attention with insurance codes and burdening their client is disappointing and we will be going somewhere else now.

I've had a couple of filings replaced, a partial repaired, and exams/cleanings. Everything was explained, no surprises, and they are quick and efficient (no sitting in the chair for eternity waiting for someone). Love it, love it, love it!

I originally went in for a cleaning but they did so many other initial tests and diagnostics that they ran out of time to clean my teeth and had to reschedule. I did have a few cavities that needed to be addressed (definitely not their fault) and they scheduled those. The cost of care was expensive and by the time they finished the fillings they were "unable" to do my cleaning because they had used all of my insurance money and I would have had to pay over $700 just for a cleaning. And that is on top of the nearly $500 I had already paid after insurance. I was very frustrated that my estimate of care didn't even come close to matching what my final bill was nor was I given the option to choose the cleaning over the fillings before my insurance ran out for the year. I won't be returning and I will let my friends and family know that this is not the practice for them if they are looking for affordable care and good communication.
