Incredible staff!! Incredibly caring dentists. All of the staff and dentists went above and beyond to explain every single detail of our appointment to my son. He not only felt comfortable, but loved returning to the dentist. If you are looking for holistic minded pediatric dentistry, The children's choice is the perfect place!! I used to think this place was great until I went to another office. I'm sorry I subjected my two other kids to this place. They really treat the kids like a number and I always thought it was strange they refused to let me in the actual room during a real procedure. I have heard my child scream in the operating room and was told I could not go in. I am not on state and we are double covered by my husband and my insurance. However, the billing lady is a nightmare! She made us prepay ahead of time because we questioned a previous bill. She was so rude about every payment. I can't imagine the families who don't have great insurance. I think the office has just gotten way too popular to care much about the patients. It's all about money now. Super sad. read more

My son is 2 and has gone there three times now, the office is very inviting and he loves to play in the waiting room! The layout of the office is very open so we can see everything that's going on, it's nice being able to explain to him what's happening. His last visit he didn't want to sit in the chair and they didn't force it at all. The dental assistant "played" dentist with him, letting him squirt water into a dixie cup and suck it out with the tube. He found it so much fun and after that it didn't take long until he was opening his mouth for the water and letting it be sucked out! Once the dentist came, he let him stand and checked in his mouth, went over the importance of oral hygiene and put on some fluoride. They're very patient and create a fantastic atmosphere for my son to have great experiences at the dentist! read more

They treat your kid like a child tooth factory. They injured my child's gum even though I told her I think the dental assistant the her gum is getting pinched. She was in such a rush to get it done, the assistant just looked at me and said she is just fine. She didn't even look. The dentist came in, didn't said one word, drilled her tooth for 30 seconds and left. Not one word. My kid was crying from her gum being pinched and then they accused her of biting her own own gum. Even though I pointed it out. Worst place ever!!! When I called back the next day to see what to do about the injury they told me to go to our regular doctor and hung up. I am tired of being pushed around by plastic dental hygienists. Never trust someone who says that it is "No big deal" when referring to giving your child toxic Nitrous Oxide for a simple procedure (a small filling in this instance). Heaven forbid you do the research yourself on the side effects of NO use as an analgesic. If you bring up the fact that it causes b12 deficiency you most certainly will hear, "Oh, did you read that somewhere." This woman who never grew out of the princess stage forcibly put the NO mask on my daughter's face which startled the already nervous five year old and made her begin to cry. "She is crying 'cause of the smell of the mask. It smells like plastic." sneered the rude person behind the gallon of makeup. "This will help" she continued, and began to smear bubblegum fluoride tooth polish in the mask. When I told her that I did not want fluoride in the mask she said, "What do you want me to do? get a new one?" I stared at her in disbelief. she stormed out of the room. I attempted to find out if i could opt out of the NO use as they already used an injection to numb the tooth. They worked as a team this time to usher me out of the room and assure me once again that, "It's no big deal. we do it to all the kids." If I could do it again I would take my daughter out of there immediately, but I only managed to ask them to use the NO on a lower setting. I do not think they did what I requested because I my daughter slept through the appointment instead of the conscious sedation that was supposed to occur. If you are going to push a toxin on children, I ask you to please do the following: 1. inform the staff of the side effects that the drug has on children so they can answer questions intelligibly. 2. use it only for procedures that require it instead of just to make your job easier. 3.
