When our old fridge gave out Ron got parts and got it running until we could shop for a new one. Plus he is easy to work with, no drama!

Ron came to our home twice. Fist to inspect a dishwasher and came back to install a new one. At both times, he called ahead of time. He was courteous and I was able to communicated with him with ease. He is not only knowledgeable but also a genuinely very good man. I trust his service and I would ask him again. read more

Ron has taken care of our Kenmore Washer/Dryer and dishwasher for 10+ years. He's always given us fair price, done excellent work, and showed up on time. Recently, we replaced our dishwasher with a GE brand, only because in matched the matte gray finish on our other kitchen appliances. We called Ron when the dishwasher clogged in hopes he could recommend a GE certified repair person. Instead, Ron took the time to walk me through the process of disassembling the overflow, clearing the drain, and fixing the problem without a service call. I don't know many contractors or repair people that go the extra mile like Ron. I only wish he serviced GE appliances! We recommend Ron to family, friends, and anyone looking for a honest repair service to take care of their Whirlpool/Kenmore appliances. ---THANK YOU Ron! read more

Fast, friendly and professional. Plus, Ron fixed two leaks and double checked to ensure it was complete. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough great things about Ron. We had a dishwasher that was toast and Ron suggested that before buying a new one, he would check to see if he had a replacement motor on hand. As luck would have it, he did and serviced the dishwasher at a fraction of the cost for a new unit. Dishwasher runs great. Ron is top tier and I will recommend his services to my neighbors. read more

My dryer broke down on Friday. I called Ron Potts, who asked several question about the issue and promised to by here in the morning. Like promised, Ron showed up on time, diagnosed the problem within five minutes. Ron had brought the faulty part (sign of a true pro) and replaced it along with cleaning the area and hooking the dryer backup. Ron took the time to explain what happened and how to safeguard it from happening again. He was very patient (Not in a hurry like the "big" guys) and even gave me advice about safety and maintenance on our washer and dryer. His card is the only card on our refrigerator. read more

Ron Rocks! He came yesterday to fix my Refrigerator Ice Maker and what we thought was broken, was something completely different! He didn't leave until it was fixed, he even had to do some "dirty work". Thank you Ron! Your my new Appliance Repairman forever! read more

Just moved in my place which the builder only used whirlpool appliances. The builder installed the microwave with a huge scratch in the instrument panel. Called Whirlpool said one of the closest repair would be Ron Potts. Doreen (part of the Ron Potts team) kept me in the loop about when the part came in & The times available to install ....they definitely worked with my busy schedule. Ron came out to my place on time and also checked all my other appliance to make sure it was working correctly. Will use him again for my repairs. read more

Ron Potts is an honest and reputable repairman. I have used him for years for my appliances and highly recommend him, a really good guy. There are several other reviews that were very good but don't show up unless you look for them. I think it's because the reviewers forgot to click on the stars above. read more

Call Ron if you need your refrigerator repaired. He is friendly, personable, very competent, and has reasonable rates. Ron's follow-through is great --- I really appreciated his always keeping me informed of progress with respect to parts and repair appointments. I've had Ron make repairs to my Whirlpool for many years; in fact, I purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator years ago, over other brands, because I knew that Ron could repair this model should anything go wrong. Thanks, Ron. read more

Needed my garage fridge fixed, saw Ron's add on Craigs list and gave him a call. A very nice guy and he figured out the problem over the phone. I knew then he was the man to fix my fridge. Came over and confirmed his phone diagnosis, ordered the part and came back a couple of days later and hooked me up. I couldn't be more pleased and the price was reasonable. read more

Ron is a good guy. My newer washing machine would no longer spin dry. Ron was there within a day and took a shot at diagnosing the problem. He was clear and concise about what my issue was. I will not hesitate to call him about any appliance problems. He has become my "go to" guy. read more

Ron has worked on several appliances for me over the years and is a skilled technician. He does great work but I can't give anyone in his trade an excellent review when he doesn't have set hourly labor prices. I called him recently to ask about his labor charges that I felt were very high and he told me that he decides when he gets to the job how much labor to charge, based on how difficult the job is, not how long it took to complete the work. I find this somewhat unusual with the potential for someone to decide how much they think I can afford and adjust their charges accordingly. My suggestion is that you clarify with Ron ahead of time about what he thinks he'd charge and not wait until he shows up. read more

Excellent service! Called him at 8am and he was here by 10am. He figured out everything very quickly and quoted me a price that was very reasonable. Honest, competent, friendly and reasonably priced. What more could you ask for? read more

Our new dishwasher was giving me fits trying to install it myself and I called Ron with questions and he gave me some suggestions to try. I ran all over looking for a hard to find fitting and finally called Ron again for help. He came out the next day, saw the problem I was having with the uncommon fitting and found exactly what I needed on his truck. It wasn't long and we were in business. Very reasonable rates and good conversation besides. Thanks Ron. read more
