What an amazing experience…read more I walked into the office of a maxiofacial surgeon expecting to get my tooth pulled that day. The surgeon explained that because of my age, I would not be able to receive an implant until 10+ years and that I would run into issues with that tooth if I decided to pull it so early. He then referred us to RC Endodontics for an emergency root canal. I walked in terrified because of the poor thoughts on root canals and the issues that could arise later from failed root canals or root canals in general. They got me into the office in about 30 minutes, which was wonderful because I had been losing sleep over this tooth and experiencing horrible ear aches and jaw pain for days. They took a look at the tooth and saw that I had bone loss and a severe infection through that part of my jaw and tooth. Dr.Parmer was extremely kind and helped with my worries and concerns without judging. She performed the procedure and injected me multiple times to make the procedure more comfortable. It's been about 3 months since I've received it and I'm no longer in any pain and my bone has gone back to its normal state. I am so grateful for such a kind office and such a well done procedure. Thank you for saving my life.

The first one was a horrible experience. It took three visits, and all were excruciating. The next two root canals were much better, but that dentist has retired. So as I entered the RC Endodontics office, I was pretty scared. I cannot fully express how wonderful everyone was there. Evelyn, at the front desk, welcomed me and went over the paperwork including the charges. She was friendly, honest, and did not rush. It gave me an immediate feeling of confidence that this was going to be as painless a process as it could be under the circumstances. The wait was not long. Dr. Parmar and her assistant Lexi ushered me into the room where the procedure was to take place. They both were incredibly kind and did everything in their power to make me comfortable before even beginning their work. Dr. Parma explained everything to me, using the giant TV in the room to display my X-rays. No shots are fun, but the novocaine injections were not horrible, and they were the last pain I felt. Lexi held my hand. Dr. Parmar kept checking to see if I was OK, and even made me laugh. They both gave me sips of fruit juice. From start to finish took about two hours. Eight hours later, I am still in no pain. I have never had a medical experience in which I felt so nurtured and cared for. Dr. Parmar, Lexi, Evelyn and another receptionist whose name I didn't get are absolutely wonderful. I can't praise them highly enough. Oh, and did I mention that the rooms have giant TVs?

I was very surprised that we were able to get a consultation appointment the very next day. The staff was very nice and friendly. Dr Silvers was going to try to do a partial root canal since my son is young, but she ended up having to do a full one because of the way his teeth are. He was having a problem with getting numbed and she had to redo it 4 times... through no fault of hers, its because his roots were so long. Each time he would flinch or say it hurt she would stop working, give it another try and wait. She was very patient and never seemed to be annoyed or anything like that. I really like that during the consultation and the actual appointment she talked to both of us. With him being a kid some Dr's and Dentists tend to speak to only me, or on the rare occasion only to him, as if I were only there to provide a ride for him! She addressed our questions and concerns and was very thorough when explaining things. She was very respectful to both of us, while being nice and humorous as well! I figured I would have to wait in the tiny waiting room while they did the procedure, but I got to go back with him. I was planning on putting my book on in my ear buds, but she had a pretty good Playlist going so I got somethings done while listening to good music! I'm so grateful that they turned a scary and uncomfortable experience for my child into a bearable and easy one.

Dr. Hatami is a woman of integrity -- patient, professional, detail-oriented, and truly gifted in dentistry. She has a keen eye for making sure everything is done correctly and with excellence. Not only is she an incredible dentist, but the specialists she works with reflect that same high standard of care and professionalism. My smile is so beautiful today because of the quality, precision, and genuine care I've received by Dr. Hatami & her team. I'm currently working with Misha on my SureSmile treatment after she helped me through my implant process, and the experience has been seamless. She is such a joy to visit, and you can truly tell she loves what she does. She is knowledgeable, helpful, and always makes the process feel comfortable. Melanie is also an amazing hygienist -- thorough, gentle, and knowledgeable. Jessica, Vicente, and Kirsten have all been wonderful when it comes to scheduling and accommodating my busy schedule, which I truly appreciate. It has definitely been a journey, but such a positive and rewarding one because this is a team that truly loves what they do and genuinely cares about their patients. Taking care of your oral health is so important, and Dr. Hatami and her team make the entire experience pleasant, comfortable, and worth it. Exceptional Care and Professionalism…read more I was referred to Dr. Hatami by a coworker, and as a new patient, I was eager to find a dentist I could trust. From the very first interaction, she and her team exceeded my expectations. I called the day after a holiday weekend with a cracked molar and was able to get an appointment quickly. From that initial call through my office visit and cleaning, the team was not only attentive and professional, but genuinely compassionate--they understood my nervousness about returning to a dentist. When Dr. Hatami recommended tooth extraction, they referred me to a specialist facility that was just as amazing as they were. The extraction was performed the very next morning--an impressive turnaround that showed how seamlessly they coordinated my care. What made this experience meaningful is the context: my last dental visit was so traumatic that I didn't see a dentist for 15 years. But Dr. Hatami's compassionate approach helped me feel comfortable returning. Thankfully, my consistent at-home care kept major issues at bay, and with her help, I've now addressed the cracked molar. I can't recommend Dr. Hatami and her team highly enough. They restored my confidence in dental care--and validated my coworker's referral completely.

If you have a child with you and you need to get dental work...don't bring them here you'll waste…read moreyour time. I've been to 3 dentist office in 4 years and I'm always asked if my son will be with me. I understand there's sometimes kids who don't behave but don't assume my child is one of them. And when I tell you my kid is a calm kid then you need trust and see how it goes afterwards. I get to the front desk and First Lady asks if I have someone to watch him. Which is a common question and I assure her that he's a calm kid and he'll be fine and she says okay. My son wasn't making any noise, wasn't running around. And no, I don't have someone to watch him because mother works and I work in the afternoon. It's the only time I can take care of my needs. Then I have nurse come by to tell me we need to do X-rays and if I have someone to watch him. Again I say no I don't but he can stay off to the side while I'm doing the X-rays. I get it, it's radiation. Me and him have done this before he knows what to do. She tells me to hold on while she asks and proceeds to take 10 minutes doing whatever it was she was doing (does it take that long to ask a question?) and approaches me and just says okay I'm ready for you. Well I assumed we were good and I tell my son who is calmly sitting down watching a movie on my phone to walk with me. As we're walking some other lady receptionist gets up (mind you she's in the back and not sure what her Tuesday was like but girl sit down) and tells me oh he can't go back there... I'm taken a back trying to figure out what the hell is going on and what's the big issues I thought this was sorted out. I start arguing with them we already went over this and she says because we don't want him running around and I'm telling you're assuming he's like that, look at him..he's doing nothing but standing next to me. So I have him, a 3 YEAR OLD... sit down by himself in the waiting area meanwhile I thought I was just gonna do the X-rays and then I could bring him back there. Nope. We go to a room where they have two chairs and I said oh are we doing the x rays here and the mute nurse says yes and then cleaning and I said okay well can I bring him after the X-rays and she says no we can't. So basically I was gonna leave him out there by himself the whole time. I asked what's the big deal, why can't I just have him sit there...of course another nurse intercedes and starts telling me AGAIN..well we don't want him running around... Guys! Communicate...hell man...I've been through this at other offices. They accommodate. Okay. Not every kid is the same. Don't assume. Me and him have done this before. He knows to just sit and chill. And "Business owner" don't tell me to call relations just so you guys don't get real feedback here for everyone else to see knowing relations isn't gonna do crap about these ladies attitudes. My wife is an employee at Loma Linda University and I did not choose to go here. Business owner, the front office has my number if you'd like to contact me. They know who I am. They won't forget this interaction and neither will I.
