The move in cleaning was following ripping out and replacing all of the subflooring on the first floor of the house and had left a fine coating of sawdust on everything - not to mention the smell and grime that comes with purchasing a former rental. Aside from the scuffed walls (NOT Keila's fault or responsibility), you'd never have been able to tell the place was a construction zone for a month. Flawless across the board - she even moved appliances around to make sure she covered all the bases. The move out clean was similarly perfect, I still had some things in the cabinets and in a couple of rooms that I asked her just to work around as best as she could and she actually wound up making that last little part of my move EASIER with her clean.
