My daughter, to say the least, has problems with organization. She would dread going home to her…read moreapartment because she would never put things away. I saw on the website of Rosa Cleaning Services that she specialized in helping individuals who have problems with both organization, and keeping their apartment/home clean. On her website Rosa provided "before and after" pictures of her work. The before picture looked like a typical guys college frat room apartment mess; and the 2nd photo was the same living space but with everything in its rightful place. I thought to myself, this is the person my daughter needs to help her with her apartment. My daughter just sent me a video, and was squealing with joy that her apartment, after Rosa finished with it, looked like a hotel room. If Rosa can turn my daughter's apartment into a, "hotel room," she can do anything.

She managed to completely skip the laundry room (told me she didn't even know we had one), didn't vacuum the carpets, did not clean out the dirty kitchen cabinets, and when she agreed (to my face) to wipe down the walls as they were dirty- she ducked out without touching those as well. She never once apologized for our experience, was extremely rude and dismissive, and simply told us that we could pay for another cleaning. We all have bad days where we are off of our game- I get it- but having a nasty attitude when confronted was simply too much. Again, go elsewhere. This company isn't worth your hard earned money.
