Been using Romney for protection/barrier service for my home for 7 years. They are reliable and responsive. The technician who usually comes out to service my home is very professional and listens to any concerns I have and goes the extra mile to address them. I'm a happy customer and will continue to use them. read more

great job Nakona! As always, thank you for your attention to detail service!

Zach was very professional and knowledgable. Zach was able to answer difficult questions regarding the different insects in my backyard. I have had no bad experiences with this company at all. I do not call often, but the same lady always answers and she is has always been very polite and does not make me feel like I am a burden by calling for extra service. Thank you for your continued professionalism. Thank you for knocking on my door years ago! read more

Professional, respectful, courteous and engaging! Perfect employee to represent your company and influences my decision to continue business with Romney (especially with all the competitive offers I have received). Customer Service never should be taken for granted. Thank you Mr. Giramur! read more

Great pest control company with reasonable rates and reliable service. Nakona was courteous, respectful, and provided excellent service.

We are new to Romney and were referred by a neighbor. They are really great and have wonderful technicians! It is a little pricey, but all the services run about the same I found after checking around. I am very happy with them. They are very responsive to calls for extra spraying as well. read more

I have used Romney Pest Control for a few years now and have been very satisfied with their services. Today, Jack was courteous and professional, taking care to wear protective shoe coverings when he entered my home to spray for spiders/insects. He also swept my eaves and removed two wasp nests (thank you!). I appreciate that he followed my instructions and requests. Thank you, Jack! read more

Every tech has been great. They are all very nice and personable and always nice to our dog. We have been using Romney for over 2 years and we will continue to use them! read more

I have a no solicitation sign on my front door. I saw someone knock on the sign through the glass panel of the door. I at this point figured it was a neighbor dropping off groceries. I answered the door and low and behold a Romney pest control solicitor. I point out the no solicitation sign and was told he did not know what that meant. I have cancer that is why I have the sign on my door. I do not need random people coming to my door. I am literally one infection away from a hospital stay. Shame on you Romney Pest control for not teaching your employees to respect peoples property. Thank you for exposing me to whatever nastiness your employee may have. Your company is really a piece of garbage if you train your people to ignore no solicitation signs. read more

They provide a great service and spray inside and out every three months. If I'm not satisfied they will come back out. They have a professional team that does a great job. read more

I have been using Romney pest control for over a year and I am very pleased. They usually can get to my problem in a few days.

Jason was professional and friendly and did a fantastic job. Truly appreciate the peace of mind he gave prior to servicing the property...you have a great employee there! As always, he encouraged me to call if we have any issues; to date, I've never had to follow up before the next service call. read more

I have been using Romney Pest Control for nearly 2 years now, and every single technician that has been to my home has been top-notch. Every one of them is always extremely courteous, friendly, and professional on top of being very thorough. As if that wasn't enough, they are less expensive than the company we used before them and their products work 10 times better. Highly recommend! read more

I've been using Romney Pest Control for a little over a year. Great service and products. We just had them come back out to spray inside. I had called Saturday and left a message. They returned my call early Monday morning and they were out here early Tuesday morning. The technician was very friendly and answered any questions I had and services were completed quickly. He was respectful and wore a mask and gloves the entire time. Thank you! read more

The service is punctual and the personnel are courteous. However, as your contract progresses, they are less thorough. If you try to cancel your service, you will have to pay 80% of the remaining charges for the year contract. After your contract is complete, they will attempt to continue service, without any acknowledgement that there is no longer a binding contract. Comparable service can be purchased for 1/2 to 2/3 of their price ($150/visit) without a contract. read more

What a joke. Knocking on my door and everyone else's in my neighborhood passed 9pm. Not only was it WAY too late to be soliciting at all the sales men also think its okay to go ahead and knock on doors that have signs that say "no soliciting". More than one house btw. So there's not an excuse of "I didn't see it". Also the sales men are riding scooters from door to door. ARE YOU KIDDING?? Wait! I'm not done yet. They also don't have the decency to wear a freaking mask when walking up to your home. Very very unprofessional company. And clearly have ZERO respect for potential future customers. Which btw they will have none of in this neighborhood. They have pissed off more than one household this evening. read more

I appreciate that Mr. Avila called thirty minutes before arriving for his early morning appointment. He was courteous and professional, he finished his work efficiently, and summarized his work and what we can expect following the treatment. He also described and provided a few silverfish traps. read more

Excellent job with Romney as always. Techs are friendly, jobs are thorough. They make pest control a breeze. They did an extra treatment when we saw scorpions in the house -- although common in summer -- and took care of it. Have had them for a year (new construction) and hope to keep them for years. read more

Very professional organization and the technicians are very knowledgeable and customer service oriented.

Tim thoroughly sprayed the interior of the house and also the entry way, front yard and backyard. We immediately saw lots of dead insects afterwards. read more

I am grateful this company came to my door. In an age when it is tough to trust a door to door solicitation situation, I was put at ease with Dawson the Sales guy who came to our door and the Technician, Jesse who handled our service the very next day. While I am an early customer and am in a hopeful state that the critters and bugs will move away from our home, I am so far optimistic about this company. read more

I have been with Romney since 2009. They are very reasonably priced and staff is always courteous and asks if I need service inside as well. When I have had unexpected insect issues they have been very responsive and immediately sent someone out. My latest unscheduled service was by tech "Big Rudy". He was awesome. Great personalty and was very thorough. Huge kudos also to the person who answers the phone (Melissa, I believe). She is extremely helpful!! read more

Salesman at my door twice. I told him he was already here. He lied and said no. How many people on scooters ignore gated warnings for No Solicitors and roll up to front door?? I told him I don't use chemicals. He told me they use products derived from flowers and showed me a screen of Marigolds. I told him Pyrethrins are synthetically derived for pest control, and are not flowers. I asked for a card. He said he has none and only has a one-day half off deal. Romney, get it together and stop this. read more

Been using Romney now for a year. They have never missed a service and all the technicians are very polite and thorough! They will even accommodate you quickly if you need any special treatments! Very trustworthy! read more

I've had the pleasure of being a Romney customer for a long time now. My neighbor uses their service so we called them out and have been happy with the results ever since. We are on a quarterly treatment plan and it costs us about 100 bucks every three months. They treat the inside and the outside of the home and take great care when they do so. In the event that the treatment isnt as effective as you want they will gladly come right back out and re-treat at no cost. Two summers ago for some reason we had a flea problem for the first time since we bought the house. Our dog spent no more time outside that summer than she did any of the previous (or subsequent) years so we arent sure how it happened. Romney literally came out every week for three or four weeks straight (at no additional cost to us) and re-treated the entire interior and exterior of my home. They have one technician in particular who we love because he really takes his time and moves furniture and things out of the way to treat as effectively as he can. The next time he comes we are going to get his name so we can request him by name (we routinely tip him when he comes). All in all I can't say enough good things about Romney. Their customer service is amazing, their response to issues is extremely quick and their prices aren't bad either. They've earned my business over the long term that is for sure. read more

I just had service provided by Romney Pest Control..Our technician was Paul Castro. Tim, our Romney Termite Control installer, did a great job with the installation of the Sentricon system. He also went the extra mile explaining and answering all our questions. We feel assured that we made the right decision to have Romney Pest Control help us with this work. read more

My family has had our home treated by Romney Pest Control for at least 4 years. They always come quarterly for our treatments. The best part is we never have any issues with bugs within our home, and the few times we've seen an ant hill or a wasp nest outside in the yard they have treated the problem right away. I recently purchased a business, and because of the great service Romney has provided for my home they now treat my business. I was having a few bug (spider) problems because of the early spring rain, but since their first treatment my business has been bug free now for months. Only ONE treatment did the trick. Romney Pest Control provides great prompt service. They always provide a thorough inspection before they begin to make sure they don't miss anything. The best part is they are very affordable, and don't try and up-sell anything you don't need. Thank you Romney for the peace of mind of being bug free! read more

We've been using Jitterbug pest control for several years and they were recently taken over by Romney. Romney has rescheduled 2 appointments last minute after we've arranged our schedules to be at home for the treatment, and for the third time the technician was not able to make the appointment. After speaking with the general manager, they were not willing to do anything for the 3 missed appointments. Phone conversations with the company were unprofessional and would recommend finding another more reliable company. read more

I ended up cancelling the service before it was started. The sales person, Spencer, and I had an extensive conversation regarding the safety, natural, nontoxic nature of the products used. He said he would send the specs of the products, which I did not receive from him. I was able to get them from their office manager as they aren't listed on the website. After reviewing the specs, the products are not close to what we discussed. Not only was it deceitful, it was a waste of valuable time. read more
