I don't understand the poor rating for this Romeo's. The city of Stow really lacks any a good variety of pizza shops so when I come back I usually get Romeo's. I'm not sure what changed, but 5 years ago I would have agreed with the rating. Things have improved though. For chain pizza, Romeo's is my go to pizza/sub shop . Pizza sauce is really good and hardly ever have an issue. Try the spicy garlic sauce on the wings, you won't be disappointed. read more

Only one star because I can't give them a zero rating. Last two times ordering from them the pizza dough was not cooked all the way. First time let it go but this time when I called I asked for them to bring a new one and provide a discount. I was told they don't do that....manager lacked customer service skills. I ended up bringing the uncooked pizza back to their location which at that point I was credited with a full refund. Manager needs to learn customer service ...will never order from here again. read more

First time order, done via Doordash. The calzone was ok, nothing special. The photos of the calzones on both the Romeos website and Doordash showed dipping sauce, but none was included. My biggest irritation is that I was in the mood for jo jo's and went through all the pizza places on Doordash, found Romeos had them on the menu. Big old lie. These are not jo jo's. They are just frozen wedges you can buy at the grocery store, and I put them in the trash. I have no reason to ever order from Romeos again. Waste of $16.10. read more

Best pizza in Kent/Stow. Love their meatballs and fresh mozz. Buffalo Chicken pizza is amazing, too Local chain which I highly recommend. They deliver to Kent and offer online ordering. ___ I see the Yelp automated software has excluded my review from the average rating, watching their little video its apparently because they don't think me qualified or don't frequent the place. For what its worth I have a degree from Johnson & Wales University and 7 years of professional kitchen experience, and this is my go to pizza spot and has been since 2012 - first the Twinsburg location, and now Stow. Take from that what you will. If I could review Yelp it would be a giant thumbs down. read more

Great Pizza. A little more pricey than the other chains but definitely worth it. Also I'd be willing to bet that Chris called the wrong location, as there is more than one in the Akron area. But he'll never admit that. read more

So they have a BOGO for online or app order. It works /doesn't sometimes. So I called to make make sure it did and was told I must be doing it wrong. I explained I do it the same each time. She said she doesn't know what to tell me. I asked to talk to the manager. She said she is the manager. I asked for someone above her she said "corporate ". Told me to get my pizza elsewhere. I did. You would think that the people who worked at a pizza restaurant would have a piece of paper and pen to write down a simple order of a pizza with two salads... WRONG! Not only did I spend 20 minutes on the phone with these people to explain I wanted 2 salad and a medium mushroom, onion, and sausage pizza, but when we came to pick it up, YEP, YOU GUESSED IT! They didn't have our order! So then we proceeded to explain our order 5 more times to these workers who still looked at us as if we were explaining a chemistry equation to them.... Good pizza. Their toppings are great, and the crust is pretty tasty, but the sauce is too sweet. I do like the pizza, but I'm not sure if it's worth the price. Even with a coupon, it is pretty expensive. It's worth trying, but it's not my regular pizza place. Also, don't get the kitchen sink pizza. It sounds like it's going to be good, but all those toppings makes for a crappier pizza quality. read more

Romeos is some good pizza. I like there pizza sauce, it is a little sweet. It is my favorite out of all the pizza chains in the area. I wish that they had more veggie topping to choose from, but they do have the meat eaters covered. read more

If you're looking for Romeo's to sponsor your organization's event, this is NOT the place to go to. They have great food and service for sure but they bailed on us the day of our show and it was disappointing for them to go back on their word after they told our organization MONTHS in advance that they would provide us with a sheet pizza. read more

The pizza is good, I've eaten here several times and have always been happy. However, last time I ventured out and tried a speciality pizza (margherita pizza) and it was a total letdown. Way too much sauce globbed on, very little cheese, and swirled with pesto sauce. Not a fan! read more
