Made the reservation and gave him credit card information on the phone. Come 4:45 today, I'm driving to Walmart to meet the driver and called the Shuttle Tran Guy on my way to confirm where exactly in the parking lot I should meet the driver... The gist of his response: no reservation was ever made yesterday and he never got any credit card information from anyone. He confirmed he's the only person who answers the phone and undoubtedly the person I spoke with. He confirmed he spoke with "someone" yesterday about a 5:00 Walmart pickup but said he never made a reservation for this person and never took credit card info. He certainly did take my credit information; he read all the digits back to me as I gave them on the phone. He was combative and tried to flip the responsibility for there not being a driver to take me to Atlanta on me at every turn of the conversation. Bad customer service, bad business practices, unreliable, and frustrating. If you're going to be the only rider for a trip, expect there will be no Shuttle Tran ride for you come time to leave so have a backup.

Regarding the driver's actions, the owner said, "He lives in your town. He always does that". There was absolutely no attempt to make amends for these two serious matters. We attended Cheersport at the convention center with a bunch of teenage girls and their moms. We used Vic and his team for travel to and from the center. Vic was AMAZING with the girls, getting them all pumped for their performance with a great playlist, awesome lights in the van, and even Karaoke. When the girls won, he was their biggest fan.
