Take Time to Travel is a first-rate travel agency, which easily assisted my husband and I on a 22-day extravaganza journey covering five countries. It began with the efficient guidance by Cindy Barnett of all the necessary details on a 14-cruise on Oceania Serena from Barcelona to Dublin. No easy task moving from one country to another--five in all--and monitoring all the specific requirements by helping to set up the excursions, obtaining travel insurance and entry documents into the U.K. (which now requires proper authorization beyond passports). Following the cruise, Patricia Ladner, who secured great flight accommodations for the entire trip, also set up the five hotels we proposed to visit in Ireland along with professional drivers to take us from the Dublin Port to Belfast to Galway to the Dingle Peninsula and back to Dublin in the eight short days we visited. The coordination along with excursions I had chosen through LocalTours.com and Viator, were monitored and tracked. The trip was a flawless wonder! Well thank you Tammy for calling me out as a liar! Very helpful business practice. Your employee was Patricia Ladner. I made the reservation by phone. I had to call to reschedule the trip to Germany because of surgery so I needed a return call. I had to call twice because got no response after a few days of waiting. I impressed upon the receptionist that I really needed to talk to someone. I finally got a callback. No one ever mentioned that when I rebooked my air went away. I just happened to see that when I was checking the hotel locations on the website. That's all I can remember. read more

Just got back from taking a "I need a warm vacation trip now" trip to Hawaii. I put this trip together at the last minute with the help of our travel agent Trish. She was great. Trish took care of every small detail and stayed on top of things until my wife and I took off from Atlanta. Dear Ms. Spivey, My wife and I want to express our appreciation for the exemplary, attentive and caring assistance Jana Read provided for our trip to Paris, France January 1 - 12, 2020. From our first "walk-in" visit through subsequent discussions, she was very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. She put together a marvelous package through Delta Vacations: we were quite pleased with our non-stop flights on Delta and we loved our room at the Best Western Hotel L'Horset Opera, 18 rue d'Antin, Paris 75002. The hotel was very classy with pleasant, professional staff who tended to our every question and request immediately! FYI as you recommend to others, our room was luxuriously appointed, cozy, comfortable and warm, with excellent bathroom facilities--large tub, excellent shower head, and HOT water! Future guests should consider that our room had no large drawers and a small closet. We adapted by living out of our suitcases but that was worth the absolutely incredible time we had in the "City of Lights." From our hotel, located almost in the center of Paris, we walked to all the major sites. We explored neighborhoods, soaking in the ambience of the local streets, shops and RESTAURANTS! Oh, the exquisite French cuisine and pastries--can we go back tomorrow, LOL? Jana allayed our fears/safety concerns. She answered questions my wife had which related to ladies' preparation for travel. We had requested lodging near the wedding venue where our son and his fiancé got married. Jana was a magician--our hotel was only about three blocks from the Place Vendome! So we leisurely strolled around that plaza before and after our son's wedding, which was an enchanting, elegant event. We will highly recommend your travel agency and hope to use y'all in the future.
