    We booked a cruise with flights to Greece for this summer. We booked two rooms for my husband,…read moremyself, our teenage daughter and a friend. We have received flight information for one room but not the other. I called customer support and she was completely unhelpful and said that there was no one else I could speak with regarding the fact that our 2nd reservation has not received flight information and there was no guarantee that we would be booked on the same flights. I find it completely unacceptable that we were never told that our flights might not be together and that they are seriously ok with splitting up our family for international flights. We booked both rooms on the same day, next to each other under the same Latitudes number. We will NEVER book another cruise with NCL if they do not keep our family together.

    We just recently were on the Norwegian sky to the Bahamas and just after boarding the ship we were…read moretaken off and put into the immigration holding facility for 7 hours with 700 other passengers and only 1 ladies room with 1 stall and 1 men's room with only 1 stall and 1 urinal not to mention it was freezing cold and we received only water , fruit and pastries for the several hours only later to receive prison style sandwiches ( 1 slice ham and 1 slice of cheese with mayo ) for the remaining 2 hours and we were told nothing as to what was going on . Now I understand safety first but Norwegian did very little to nothing to assure us our comfort during this unusual turn of events . As it turned out there was never a breach of security and each room was offered a $50 ship credit . I'm sorry but that consumed the entire first day of our trip and I feel that was a final slap in the face because I paid a LOT more than $50 a day to go on this cruise and we did nothing to be detained for almost 8 hours to begin with . Norwegian , you should have stepped up and did the right thing,but you chose to show 2200 people that assuring your clients comfort is not a priority and showing that your really not into customer service and just doing the right thing is not at the top of your priority list . You really dropped the ball on this one and I'm sure all 2200 will never sail with you again and I'm sure I'm not the only person ( at least out of the 700 detained for 8 hours ) will be telling all there friends and coworkers how badly you dropped the ball .
