I cannot say enough nice things about him. Skyline is so lucky to have him as a driver. The vehicle was incredible!! It looked brand new and was very high end. I learned about car features that I did not know existed. The car was so comfortable with 5 people and are large amount of luggage fit in the back. There was ice cold water, Kleenex at every seat and magazines in the seat back as well. There was an array of snacks which were so well presented. Everything was so organized. The car was immaculate and the seats are so comfortable! Mohammad could not have been more professional. He was engaging, kind, interesting, thoughtful, etc. He so kindly unloaded the car at the airport and lined them up so nicely! On our return, Skyline delivered another phenomenal experience, and Geraldo was the star of the day! After a 12 1/2‑hour international flight and a late arrival, he greeted us with the biggest smile and the most welcoming, upbeat energy. His friendliness was contagious -- exactly what we needed after such a long journey. The car was absolutely gorgeous and perfectly prepared. We had chilled bottled water, Kleenex at every seat, magazines, and a great assortment of snacks that were arranged so neatly it felt like stepping into a luxury lounge. The vehicle was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and spacious enough for all of us and our luggage. Geraldo was patient, gracious, and so thoughtful from start to finish. He handled our bags with care and made the entire ride feel smooth and relaxing. Skyline is lucky to have him -- he made our arrival home feel special. I will definitely recommend Skyline for anyone searching for the best airport transportation as well as transportation to sporting events, etc. There is absolutely no better way to get to the Atlanta airport or an event in metro Atlanta. The service was exceptional from the booking process (such exceptional communication) to the pricing, to the pick-up, to the ride, to the drop-off!! Skyline is absolutely amazing!!! We cannot recommend them enough. 5 out of 5 every time!

I wanted to see the vehicles in person, however it was told to me because of an accident one had been given away so only the value RV was left. So I said ok it was actually a really great price of $155 a day and only a two night minimum so that was great compared to most of the RVshare or Outdoorsy rentals. Today we actually saw the RV and it was nothing to write home about. It was the only option and it was a value RV. Very old and just kind of meh. But the price was much lower than the other places around. It drove fine but next time I hope I get a newer RV. I'll definitely use them again it was a stress free rental.

Extremely disappointing experience with RIS Limousine LLC…read more What started as a simple customer service discussion quickly turned into aggressive responses, legal threats, and intimidation tactics over a disputed deposit. Instead of attempting to professionally resolve the concern, the communication immediately escalated to threats of attorneys, collections, interest charges, and lawsuits. I fully understand businesses have policies, but professionalism and reasonable customer interaction still matter. At no point did I feel like there was any genuine effort to de-escalate or work toward a fair resolution. The tone of communication alone was enough to ensure I would never consider using this company in the future. Consumers should carefully review every document and ask detailed questions upfront before providing payment.
