We attended Cheersport at the convention center with a bunch of teenage girls and their moms. We used Vic and his team for travel to and from the center. Vic was AMAZING with the girls, getting them all pumped for their performance with a great playlist, awesome lights in the van, and even Karaoke. When the girls won, he was their biggest fan. In addition to the big bus, we also had additional drivers in vans who were equally friendly and engaging. Hands down, his team made this a special weekend for the girls and their moms! I didn't receive any order confirmation until I reached out 4 hours after booking. It seems like it is a 1 person ran company. Which was ok I support small businesses. I was told the driver would call by 7pm. I received a text from him at 11pm. I texted back at 7:30am saying I'm was looking forward to the pickup at 9:30am. My flight land 15 minutes early I received a text since I was early the company didn't want me to wait so another driver was there waiting for me. After exiting the airport I called the driver. He was sitting in a black mini van. Did not exit to help with my bags. Once inside 15 minutes into the ride he turned off the ac and it was 98 degrees outside and he had the windows closed. After 10 minutes I turned on the rear seat air 5 minutes later he turned it off. That was when I realized he was nodding off. I had to call a friend and talk to keep him awake his eyes were blood shot red. He had on a white long sleeve polo with black track pants. His sleepiness became worse to where I had to yell hey into the phone to alert him. Thankfully we made it to the hotel safely. When exiting the vehicle I had my bag by my feet. I noticed he had an ant infestation. I looked up front this man had on no shoes or socks. I retrieved my bag from the back and thank God I wasn't harmed. Since I am a female when I travel alone I reserve a black car instead of Uber. Due to more safety. In this case it was worse and a waste away. The car wasn't a black car, he wasn't dressed properly, he couldn't stay awake. Please stay away from the company. Edited: No reason for me to lie on your company.
