For the most part I've had a good experience. However, twice I wasn't to happy. I waited over an hour one time and the guy claimed he couldn't find my place and another guy came and got me. Tonight I was told she would be here in about 20 minutes. I waited 1 hour out it the cold in the mI'd 30's so I wouldn't miss them. I got so cold I went back inside to wait another hour and still nothing. I called back and canceled. She claimed they got me mixed up with the police. I don't see how but whatever. read more

If you call a cab before 5 PM, you get good service. Once you get past 6 PM, they are horrible. Sometimes it takes 50 minutes to get one, at least 30. Dispatcher on night shift is horrible and rude. The owner should look at his night shift hard. read more

Nasty cars rude drivers who don't care about your time just over charging you it's sad

The worst. You can walk faster. "IF" they answer the phone they'll tell you they'll be right there but won't show up. And then when you call back - they've never heard of you and again say they'll be right there. The drivers will demand cash or charge you extra for a card AFTER you've reached your destination. The owner is Great but is struggling with the most of the drivers quitting or just refusing to work. FYI. It takes 40 minutes to walk from Sidelines Bar And Grill to my house. I don't know what's wrong with the older lady (really shouldn't even call her something that nice) on dispatch at night but the woman has been nothing but absolutely disrespectful yelling at me about another person who called a cab in my apartment complex saying we're calling from different numbers and that they called her a liar and I'm not even sure what she was talking about but the way this woman laid into me was just disgusting and I don't even know if I want to take any cabs in the future it was so unnerving. If the one dispatching talks to customers like this I don't even want to think of the kind of people that are out here driving the cabs. read more

If i could give no stars i would. i called to check on my order. i had been waiting 2 hours and a brat acting like a toddler having fit said oh we have more important things to do and when i asked to speak to the owner or their supervisor, they hung right up on me! two weeks ago i waited on a cab 3 hours at work they never called and never showed up. They don't try to keep intoxicated people off the road. I had 2 beers before i called and could not be out driving! Can I give this company zero stars? In no way, shape or form do they deserve a single star. I called ahead almost six hours before I needed a ride to ensure that we would have one on time. After waiting around for 40 minutes after our scheduled and confirmed time, I called to request the status of our cars. I was given an excuse of an accident somewhere that has caused the rides to be an additional 15 minutes later than the 40 minutes that they were already late. The man I spoke with on the phone hung up on me because he clearly is not professional in the least bit nor does he even understand how to run a business, work with customers, or even interact with other people in general. Clearly he is not much of a value to the company as he is the main reason for this review. If the company wants to continue to stay afloat, I would highly recommend firing this person as they are not an asset whatsoever to this establishment. I guarantee this is the same person that all of these other reviews on Google are referring to as well. I attempted to contact the company again to confirm whether or not my cars were still on their way but this man decided that it was good business practice to answer the phone and immediately hang up numerous times instead of just facing the situation and talking through it like an adult. How this dump stays is business is amazing. Nasty drivers and rude dispatchers. Strictly cash only and still uses radios from the 1950 era. Their lot is filled with wrecked cars which I did not know until after using them. Wonder if the drivers even have licenses. Drivers constantly curse and argue across the radios. Cabs smell like a mix between arm pits and stale smoke. Will never, ever use this nasty dump again. read more
