I found them on Yelp a long with one other company ( who did bother to return my call). I filled out their website questionnaire to receive quote and within one hour I was provided a confirmation that they could transport me from where I was to the airport and cost/price of the service. They asked me to call and provide my CC to reserve the appointment which would then be charged once the I was taken to the airport (no deposit). I took me a few hours to respond because I was in meetings but they didn't bug me and was otherwise courteous. They didn't give me any ultimatums. In the day of my appointment, my driver Jay arrived 10mins early, in a beautiful super clean and polished Cadillac Escalade SUV. One could tell the pride that was placed on the polish of the vehicle. Jay was personable and fun conversationalist perfect for someone outgoing like me. I should note, I was expecting a regular car but everything worked out so this driver and car could take me with no additional cost. There is an added cost if one specifically requests an SUV. Ultimately, got a very luxurious ride to the airport, and Jay made all the adjustments (because there is a ton of construction going) so that I got to my terminal early. Overall great experience with Atlanta Express! Highly recommend them! When next I'm in Atlanta I'm calling them first !

There were some extenuating circumstances that almost cancelled the entire trip, but Paul was willing to work with me to make the trip happen. Once I met him in person, the same professionalism was displayed for the entire duration of our trip. The charter bus was nice and clean with a bathroom. We brought DVDs to watch. At all times we felt completely safe traveling. I can't recommend Patriot Coach Lines enough for your chartered transportation needs. I know they will be the first call I make for any future chartered trips me and my family will be taking.

It began with the efficient guidance by Cindy Barnett of all the necessary details on a 14-cruise on Oceania Serena from Barcelona to Dublin. No easy task moving from one country to another--five in all--and monitoring all the specific requirements by helping to set up the excursions, obtaining travel insurance and entry documents into the U.K. (which now requires proper authorization beyond passports). Following the cruise, Patricia Ladner, who secured great flight accommodations for the entire trip, also set up the five hotels we proposed to visit in Ireland along with professional drivers to take us from the Dublin Port to Belfast to Galway to the Dingle Peninsula and back to Dublin in the eight short days we visited. The coordination along with excursions I had chosen through LocalTours.com and Viator, were monitored and tracked. The trip was a flawless wonder! It was like the entire Take Time to Travel team was conveniently riding in our suitcases. Yes, we will once again give them our travel business as they have successfully guided us on two amazing trips to Europe. They are quite the dependable team to count on. I didn't choose DDA over other DD services for any specific reason. When I called to ask if they accepted reservations, the guy I spoke with was friendly and funny. Both of those traits are a winner so I made my reservation later online. You can make reservations online or via phone. You can also call DDA when you want to get picked up if you don't have an end time, but you'll likely have a wait time, like 30 minutes to an hour. The best thing about DDA is that your car comes with you. So you don't have to get up the next day and go get your car, hoping that it didn't get booted or towed during the night. DDA has a pickup fee of $10 (on the low end compared to other DDA services) + $2 per mile (comparable to other DDA services). And they have also collaborated with some area businesses to waive the pick up fee if the pick up is from a participating location. They also have a membership that includes unlimited pick ups for the year so all you pay are the mileage costs. The cost for DDA is a lot more reasonable than a taxi, especially when you start adding your friends to the ride home. And if you've never had a DUI, ask someone who has - it ain't cheap. Hiring DDA is a lot cheaper and a lot easier on your conscience. It sucks being the designated driver, but someone has to do it. Better it be someone whose business it is to do it than one of my wonderful, yet likely to drink one too many, friends. Yelp 52 #23
