Our previous transportation provider recently shut down so I looked to Yelp to obtain some quotes for a trip we had upcoming. Moe Khan and his communications were phenomenal. He provided us with a quote, followed up (but not in an annoying way) and ensured that we would not be let down if we made the decision to go with them. Pricing was very fair/reasonable but the customer service is what made us to decide to go with this company. All of our interactions with them felt personal and not just another transaction. I even had a question at 12:26 AM one morning and they responded back within 5 minutes of me sending over my question. WOW!!! The day of our travel the vehicle arrived right on time and Nabil Rana was another extension of this superb company and experience. Typically I do not like to talk when I am riding but we conversed the entire ride and it was truly enjoyable. The vehicle was clean and comfortable and the amenities offered were great (waters, gum, mints). The ride to the airport was quite enjoyable. Upon our return, I forgot to turn my phone off of airplane mode until we were leaving baggage claim but I was already getting notifications that the driver was there awaiting our contact so he could meet us at the pick up area. He arrived a few short minutes after we walked out of the door so we had minimal wait time. The drive home was pleasant as well. Again a nice clean vehicle and smooth ride (after our trip I was tired so the talking was minimal). Overall...great communication, excellent customer service, wonderful vehicles and superb drivers. I was getting frustrated with very high rates with other bus rentals and was pleasantly surprised with the fair rate offered by Mark. 1) First and foremost Mark wanted to make sure the trip was exactly what we wanted. Although we planned it out ahead of time, he was very accommodating with some changes the night of our birthday event. 2) Bus was super clean, very comfortable. We had about 16 and there was room for more. Seating was 'traditional' forward facing seats, not bench style. For our crowd this worked great. I called several places, read reviews etc. I called Mark and it was an instant connection and a knowing that he was the one to hire. He was outstanding!! He arrived on time, was professional, courteous and kind. We had some time to kill before the concert, he recommended a couple places to stop and get a drink or appetizer. We did just that, he joined us for the appetizers, we made it to our concert in plenty of time and when we came out, he was right there to bring us home. I asked a group of drivers how to find the Uber pick-up...long story short, it's a total pain in the butt. You have to walk to a parking area 7 minutes away from baggage claim, so I started to inquire about taxis. He took the bridal party to get hair and makeup done, picked them up as promised, returned to the hotel, waited for the ladies to get ready, dropped them off at the venue. Quinton returned to the hotel to pick up the groom's party, forwarded a text to the wedding planner that he was on the way with the gentlemen to make sure our future son-in-law did not see our daughter before it was scheduled. The limo returned later that evening to the venue to take the newlyweds back to the hotel. Then came back to the venue to ensure all guests had a way to get back to the hotel. The attention to detail by Bill, Faith, and Quinton was amazing.
