I'm not sure if she was the salon owner from the other lady's comment, but I shared the same experience of her being rude as heck to me for no reason. I came in wanting to get a full set and a pedicure, but decided just to get my toes done. I wanted French tips, and she argued me down on how thin my line should be...ma'am, these are my toes. She did what I asked her to do, but I didn't appreciate her arguing with me on what I wanted. Toes came out great, and I'm not sure if I won't come back yet. The vibes were off for sure. If this is how it is out here...I'm not liking it. If I do go back though, I will meet her with this same energy. read more

We have been searching for a new nail salon, and I think we finally found it! We stumbled upon this salon and walked in. We were quickly seated for a manicure and pedicure in the back room, which was dimly lit with twinkling lights. It was very peaceful. The young girl who helped me was named Liz. She was so sweet and friendly. She engaged with me but also let me relax and talk to my mom as well. She was wonderful. She spent a long time on my nails and toes. A few of my nails bled, so they look a little rough at the moment. There are also occasional bubbles in the polish. I feel like the polish on one of my toes is a little thick and not smooth, but overall it all looks good. There was nothing fancy or bonus offered during the services. She actually rubbed the bottom of one of my feet too hard and broke skin. It feels slightly achy and irritated, but oh well. At least it wasn't ticklish haha! I didn't like that we had to look at a limited book to choose our nail color. I like to look at and grab the bottles myself. That way I can better ensure I like the exact color that is being used. We were only offered the chance to look at a book and provide the number we wanted. We will likely come back whenever we want another mani/pedi. If you're in a rush, it isn't the best place. I prefer for the techs to take their time, so I didn't mind. It's also not the place if you're looking for the most affordable option. It was roughly $70 + tip for the regular/basic mani/pedi. Which seems like a lot for what was included. All in all, everyone was very nice and welcoming! Would recommend giving them a shot. read more

I never leave reviews on places but my experience here was not the best. The process took over two hours and still didn't end up with what I requested. My nail tech was pretty cold and nicked me multiple times, was a little forceful with my hands, and told me to stop moving when I slightly moved my elbow on the counter where there wasn't a comfortable place to rest my arm. There is a large amount of noticeable acrylic residue built up under my nails that wasn't cleaned up and I can't remove safely. My fingers are a little sore and definitely irritated. I requested stars and French tips and ended up just asking for French tips because after 2 hours, the base acrylic wasn't even cured. I thought I was decently polite and unproblematic, and I hate to leave bad reviews or risk people's jobs, (so I won't mention names) but this experience was hard to shake. Still ended up paying $90 for the set and am disappointed with the quality. I will not be returning to this salon and don't recommend the service. read more

Came in today. Not a clean looking place. Kinda concerned with how they handled the tools. Not very sanitary! Nice girl but did a horrible job with my toe nail polish. I asked for gel for my mani. I quickly changed my mind because of how horribly the polish was on my toes. I didn't get a full manicure. I just asked for her to do my mani and buff my nails. I had to ask her if she was going to cut my cuticles?! Clearly in my photo my cuticles look horrible. read more

I went here once to get my nails done for prom just to try out a new place, and I wasn't disappointed! Everyone was extremely friendly, and I was helped by Liz. She was really sweet and made me feel very comfortable, which was appreciated since it was my very first time at the salon. They did exactly what I wanted for my nails and toes, and the only critique I have is that my nails were kind of thick, but that's it. Nail tech barely filed my nails they were all very rough and sharp....she did not trim my cuticles at all...there was nail polish all around my cuticles which she did try to remove after but they had already dried. My appointment was on time and she was friendly. read more

i love it here. all the nail artists are so close and friendly. they love to look at each other's work and give their input, which is really valuable. you can tell they all love each other. i travel 2 hours to come to this nail salon because they're also ALL very good at their jobs. i can go to anybody, and they will do a great job. This place is VERY unorganized and racist. I tried to walk in on a Saturday morning they told me they wasn't taking walk ins; my friend (white) was waiting for me inside. She walked in right before I did and they told her they would do her nails. I was told they were completely booked but I looked online and they had open slots all day. So I booked a later time in the day. Got to my appointment on time, had a pedicure with a tech (who wasnt who I had an appointment with) then waited for over an hour for my nails. Meanwhile people are walking in after me with no appointment and being serviced one was even seen by the nail tech I had an appointment with! They are racist and will service black clients after people who are not of color. This is my second time coming here. As I was waiting I was offered a 10% discount. I finally got up after waiting over an hour and told them I would just pay for my pedicure. I was not offered an appointment on tomorrow...it was kinda like oh well. I even explained to the man at the front that it wasn't fair that I had to wait. His response was "I know". I tried to give them a second chance but they have been extremely racist both times, I will not be back. read more
