They make sure I like everything and they pay specific attention to details. This salon is always clean, relaxing, and never feels chaotic no matter how busy they are-- they always make sure everyone is serviced within a timely manner. Special shoutout to Mrs. Sara!! The nail technician did not bother to massage my hands. I only got gel, no acrylic, on my hands and feet and the total came out to $85. The nail technician did an okay job. Today I had someone different do my dip and I couldn't be more displeased. They are lumpy, thick, none of the nails are shaped alike. Not to mention, she sloppily applied GEL polish on top of the dip, and only in certain areas so now my nails are splotchy as well. And I had to ask her to clean under the nails when she was "done" if you get dip you know how it can build up under the nail. I told her I wasn't happy and after sitting with her for almost 2 hours I didn't have time to have them redone. I wasn't even offered a discount for the poor job, OR told the price for my mani/pedi before she swiped my card. I'm angry I paid for these nails.
