Aleena did an awesome job. I always enjoy her bubbly personality. I had a gel pedi and was in and out within an hour. She cleaned around my toenails and cut out the nasty ingrown nails. read more

I got a pedicure & spent $100 (including the tip) bc I feel bad not tipping. But they didn't even scrub my feet.... She touched my calves more than my feet. I've never had a pedicure where they didn't scrub my feet.. they were so involved with another client that I didn't bother to say anything, I have bad anxiety so I don't talk a lot. Unfortunately I have to go somewhere else & see where they can scrub my feet. I don't recommend this place at all. read more

I am happy with the way my nails look so that isn't my problem. I was in Shreveport for a funeral and one of my nails broke. It has been a couple of weeks since I had it done and I already need them done again. Not complaining about that but I should. It was $75.00 for the service, (a little pricey for the service but ok) I gave her a $100.00 bill and she thanked me and put the change beside the register. Now, I am a fairly good tipper but I was never planning on giving her $25.00! I just stared at her for a few seconds in shock and finally I said, can I have my change? Oh Okay was her response! Are you serious? I gave her $10.00 and left. Be careful with this shop. If I had read the reviews before hand, I never would have walked in the door! read more

This place is very clean , friendly , and for a walk in I got in & out in under two hours. All the workers wore masks but customers did not have to, but I did see a few wearing them. In my opinion my service was expensive & after one week two of my nails popped off. Once I returned home after a week & a half of having this set I had another nail removed by my technician because water was trapped under my nail. Yes my set was beautiful for the first few days & the staff was so sweet, professional, & clean.... but my nails should have lasted a lot longer especially for what I paid. read more

I sent my child in her (12 year old) she said she wanted tips but I told them not to long please they went WAY over board, my daughter cuticles is so awful & I asked for a deluxe for my daughter he did it at the desk no treatment & he still charged us for it just pitiful I do not recommend. read more

Worst manicure and pedicure ever! $140 and my toes and hands look worse than when I went in. They do it very fast. In a rush. My cuticles on feet and hands awful. My heels and feet rough. They probably do good fake nails but for a mani pedi I am soooo mad. I have to find somewhere to go and have them redone. My finger nails are filed uneven and was done lightly. My toenails are too long. I asked to cut more. Then he used a tool on my right toe and stuck it in my cuticle twice. I almost hit the ceiling with pain. Two times. After I told him and jumped he did it again. I have never had anything like this. The nail polish on my toes looks very cheap and look like a. Old manicure instead of a new one. I don't wear polish on my fingers and I asked him to buff them. That did nothing. Furious!!! read more

This place gets worse everytime. Went in for a basic pedicure was told that they wouldn't massage or get calisus off for the basic pedicure. Okay. So I paid for the next service up. This is what I was left with. Spoke to the owner, ohhhh we can't get them off because it was thick not it wasn't. Nobody ever had a problem before. Smh. What a wast of money. Nails only worth it if one of the two owners does them. I mean the dude was done in 20 mintues for an upgraded package. Bad experience for the 3rd time here. read more

I've been coming here for a while now to get my pedicure done and they've done exceptional work. But this time..... First of all I respect the hustle , but baby ..... I had a young man do my pedicure he looked like he was around 18 years old. I don't think he had a lot of experience. I asked for a French tip design, but I should've just gone for a basic solid color For the base color the young was going to just apply one coat and I asked him to apply another bc nudes don't really show if you don't apply more than one coat. I was just not happy with the design and it wasn't getting any better. After a while I asked the young man if we could just do a solid white color, but he looked frustrated and his manager ended up coming to fix it . I appreciate the effort and trying to fix the problem. I spent a total of two hours. after the manager came to fix it , it was no more foot massage and the pedicure was over. It's a hit or miss when it's good it's good and when it's bad it's bad . My feet left dry and the design ended up not too bad , but overall I didn't like my experience. $75 for gel pedicure deluxe and French tip read more

Good service, went in a Sunday and was not busy at all. Technician took a long time on my pedicure and it was amazing !!! Prices are very good for the service I was given read more

I haven't gotten my nails done in a while. I decided to do something different and walked into I Spa Nails. I was immediately greeted and sat with an older gentleman. I requested almond nails with matte polish. The technician completed my request to perfection until further inspection in my car. Paint was uneven, nails are shaped inconsistently. I already need a refill (could be just that my nails grow fast) At the price point...the finished product should be consistent. 3 stars for politeness, quick seating, and not being totally rushed. read more

Best dip I've ever had. I live in Los Angeles but come to Louisiana often and I must say this nail salon is by far my favorite. The staff is super friendly and professional. The take pride in their work. Andy did an amazing French ombré dip mani and during my service he took the time to have a genuine conversation. If you're in the area you should come check them out. read more

First time going there today. We had a regular place a couple of times since moving here almost 2 years ago but service has been a huge issue. So we tried another place 3 weeks ago & although the people were very nice, the resulting quick to peel gel nails left us less than happy. So glad we decided to try this place today. It was very clean, service was very quick, the staff was very polite, the staff was not excessively talking to each other in their language nor were they talking about any drama in their life or their co-workers life. It was a great experience & mom & will be returning when it is time for our next mani & we will try a pedicure next time as well. read more

This is was my first visit to this place and can I just say WOW. Great spot and super friendly and professional staff. Aleena took care of me today for my deluxe pedicure and ombré full set nails. I Spa Nails - Almond shaped ombré full set by Aleena - Nail Salons Near Me - Bossier City, Louisiana

Made an appointment last minute & when I walked in there was a ton of people there. I still was acknowledged and helped! The workers were all so friendly and kind. They had a very large selection of colors in gel, dip powder, & regular polish. They were very helpful and didn't try to add more charges on with added service. Ann did both my pedicure and full set! She did an amazing job and paid great detail to length & shape! She also waxed my eyebrows and did an awesome job! I will definitely bring going back! I found my new nail lady the prices weren't that bad compared to other places in the area! read more

My nails were the wrong shade and the French tip was done very poorly. There is polish all over my skin and it is a very bulky set. They are the worst nails I have ever gotten and they charged way to much for this bad quality. read more

Maybe I'm just picky, but my nails were done very sloppy. I got dip powder over my real nail. They were bumpy, the shape was uneven, and on some parts she even put the dip over my cuticle? She also made me bleed twice. She also left dip all over my fingers. I can live with bad nails, but I literally want these off and I just left. Will not come back. read more

Great place for nails! I rated it a 4 bc of wait time - I was told there wasn't a very long wait but it was a very long wait. Also a 4 because they were short staffed, and I had to have nails and pedi done separately- I'm not sure if that's common practice here, but where I'm from, they do both simultaneously. Other than those cons, my experience was great. My nail tech (didn't catch his name, but he was an older gentleman) was funny, personable, and professional. He was very meticulous and made sure every nail was perfect! I had a unique color combo choice, so he joked about it, but when he saw the end result he complimented my decision and joked about it being his own. I enjoyed my time there and would definitely go again! read more

I Spa Nails - Next Gen, Almond shaped - Nail Salons Near Me - Bossier City, Louisiana

Actually quite pricey for the services. I got a basic pedicure ($35) and a gel manicure ($40). The pedicure was a 15 minute spit-shine. A little scrape here, a little rub there. The manicure was decent. The "massage" lasted 45 seconds on my right hand and "36 seconds on my left (I know because the countdown timer was going on the UV light) It all looks acceptable but nothing fantastic and surely more of a $50-$60 combo than the $75 I was charged. read more

I've been to three other Nail Salons and this one by far is my favorite! Andy did the Dip Powder on my nails and shaped them exactly how I wanted them! I also love how thin they are, they look super natural and still feel sturdy. He was very nice and hilarious, never made me feel bad when I asked him to fix something. I didn't want a pedicure since I had just gotten one but I wanted a polish change so my toes would match. Aleena did my toes and they seriously look like I had gotten a pedicure! I was very impressed and highly recommend them! read more

This spa is very unprofessional and racist. I went to this salon for the first time for a refill. I was initially told that it would be between $45 to $50 with gel polish. When Andy (the owner) started doing my nails, he quoted me $60. When asked why, he said because of the length of your nails, which are my natural nails. He also quoted my friend $60 whose nails are super short. However, I asked him how much was a full set and he tells me $65. Then I proceed to tell him how ignorant he sounds by saying it's a $5 difference between a refill and a full set. On top of this, another customer told me that she never pay $60 for a refill and that they were stealing from us!!! I don't recommend any African Americans to go to this spa !!!! read more

I called and asked how much my nails would be, and described to them what I wanted and was quoted $55 and $35 for toes. I get to register and they said my total was $130! I asked why and they said because of the design. I have NO designs on my nails. The guy doing my nails was too busy texting the whole time, and I was at the salon over two hours. The rudest people I've ever dealt with. At check out, I handed the lady my card and she very rudely said they don't accept Amex. Had no idea, I told her that was all I had me she began to raise her voice at me! NEVER AGAIN and do not waste your money!!!!!! Rudest people ever! read more

Only giving 3 stars because they did a good job. However, I called before and asked about pricing, asked about pricing when I came in, and when I checked out what I got was a different price. I didn't argue cause I was already frustrated with how extremely rushed I felt through my "deluxe" pedicure that lasted for only 25 min total from the time it started to letting my polish dry and how she kept getting on her phone over and over and randomly stopping the whole time throughout both my manicure and pedicure. I want to come back because of how good they did but I didn't have a pleasant experience and when I asked questions all she did was get argumentative and defensive, like I was telling her she was doing something wrong when in reality I was literally just asking a question. read more

If I can give this place zero stars I would. They Denied service to my grandmother who wanted a mani and a pedi and she has nothing wrong with her. They were extremely rude and we went to complain about it and it turns out to be the owner of the place And he denies the fact that he did anything wrong And was rude again. Very disrespectful people. Don't come here! read more

The first visit was a pleasant one, greeted kindly and Kim did a pretty good job on my pedicure and nails. However, the 2nd visit was disastrous! Kim was not there so someone else did my pedicure and refill w/gel polish. I get to the register to pay and was told $130. I inquired a break down and they told me because of the length it was an extra $15. I have no extra length! Then i asked to see their listed prices... THEY HAD NONE! So the owner got really rude & prices are randomly given depending on the customer. Never again. read more

Always a good job done on my wife but Manu and pedi. The staff are nice but Andy is our favorite, talkative and very good at his job. The prices are about average if not slightly on the spendy side. Wonderful service and great quality!!! I always leave satisfied with my mani or pedi. I've tried other nail salons and NONE of them compare to I spa! Andy is the best and he has a fun personality. I went in for a refill and the man said he was going to charge me $55! However, a brand new set is only $35 per their price sheet. I needed two nails replaced which still doesn't justify the price hike! I let him do the refill and shape my nails the way they were originally shaped when I walked in with NO POLISH and he still charged me $30! This is the price for a refill per their price sheet. I will never go here again! I hate I walked in there this time. read more

I don't like reviewing nail salons because of inconsistency of work. They may do a good job the first and second time, then a horrible one the third. That was my experience I Spa nails and at every other salon I've visited since moving back here from Texas. The prices are too expensive and you don't even get offered a beverage. I miss my Texas salons that provided pristine work every time and the complimentary wine, mimosas, and margaritas. The customer service in Texas was great as well. The salons in Shreveport Bossier need to take lessons from them. I hate when they apply a crooked nail then tell you "it's your finger". I could scream every time I hear that crap. Also they tell you that we the customer is the boss and then get an attitude when you tell them what you want. Unbelievable....... This was my experience with I Spa. Good is relevant to what it's compared to. And I Spa is simply ok and it's one of the better nail salons in Shreveport Bossier read more
