Maybe I'm out of touch with prices these days, but that was SO EXPENSIVE for a polish that last MAYBE 3 days. On top of that, the man (Howie?) who did mine asked if I had kids and when I said no he continued to tell me that I need to have at least one... I then told him I can't have any and he stopped but men shouldn't tell women they need to have kids. PERIOD. Unfortunately I will not be coming back here and will not recommend it to anyone I know.

We have been searching for a new nail salon, and I think we finally found it! We stumbled upon this…read moresalon and walked in. We were quickly seated for a manicure and pedicure in the back room, which was dimly lit with twinkling lights. It was very peaceful. The young girl who helped me was named Liz. She was so sweet and friendly. She engaged with me but also let me relax and talk to my mom as well. She was wonderful. She spent a long time on my nails and toes. A few of my nails bled, so they look a little rough at the moment. There are also occasional bubbles in the polish. I feel like the polish on one of my toes is a little thick and not smooth, but overall it all looks good. There was nothing fancy or bonus offered during the services. She actually rubbed the bottom of one of my feet too hard and broke skin. It feels slightly achy and irritated, but oh well. At least it wasn't ticklish haha! I didn't like that we had to look at a limited book to choose our nail color. I like to look at and grab the bottles myself. That way I can better ensure I like the exact color that is being used. We were only offered the chance to look at a book and provide the number we wanted. We will likely come back whenever we want another mani/pedi. If you're in a rush, it isn't the best place. I prefer for the techs to take their time, so I didn't mind. It's also not the place if you're looking for the most affordable option. It was roughly $70 + tip for the regular/basic mani/pedi. Which seems like a lot for what was included. All in all, everyone was very nice and welcoming! Would recommend giving them a shot.

1 Star -- Do NOT Book With Cindy!…read more I would not recommend booking with Cindy. Her customer service was extremely poor, and the quality of her work was just as disappointing. I got my nails done on September 30, and before it has even been two weeks, multiple nails are already lifting. The preparation for the acrylics was clearly not done properly, and I should not be experiencing this much lifting so soon after getting a fresh set. On top of that, I was charged $20 for a nail design that honestly did not even turn out well. The establishment's pricing board listed nail designs at $5 flat, not $5 per nail. When I asked Cindy why she charged differently from the establishment's posted pricing, her response was, "You should have asked." Excuse me? If your pricing differs from the establishment's pricing board, that should be communicated to the customer BEFORE the service is completed. It is not my responsibility to guess that you have different prices when nothing was explained beforehand. When I asked the owner "So yall charge $20 for nail designs now?" she looked at Cindy, then looked at me and shrugged saying "If that's what she charges, that's what it is" & continued servicing the customer in front of her. Her attitude throughout the appointment was also unacceptable. She was unnecessarily rough with my hands, yanking my wrist and twisting it while doing my nails. When I noticed that some of my nails were uneven and politely asked if she could fix them, she huffed and puffed as if I were inconveniencing her by asking for the service I was paying for to be done correctly. Her attitude was unprofessional, and the entire experience felt uncomfortable. Between the poor nail preparation, premature lifting, disappointing design, unexpected pricing, rough handling, and terrible customer service, this appointment was a complete letdown. A paying customer should not have to deal with an attitude simply for asking questions or wanting their nails done correctly. I will never be back, and I would advise anyone considering booking with Cindy to think twice. There are plenty of nail techs who can provide quality work while treating their clients with respect. Unfortunately, this was not one of those experiences.

And I had to ask her to clean under the nails when she was "done" if you get dip you know how it can build up under the nail. I told her I wasn't happy and after sitting with her for almost 2 hours I didn't have time to have them redone. I wasn't even offered a discount for the poor job, OR told the price for my mani/pedi before she swiped my card. I'm angry I paid for these nails.
