She said $65 ,then turned around ,and went to ask another tech to be sure and she said $70-$75 because it was long which was fine with me . Then she said anything shorter will be less . Ok so she start doing my nails she cut it to the second picture length and said this was long ,that it will still be $75. For longer it would be $85. This is clearly a medium set and if they were longer it still wouldn't have been worth price . And that's clearly not what you said when i showed you the picture . Overall my nails look a hot mess , I was lied to ,overcharged ,the ombré is not great, the file down was poor my nails are so big. I tried to stress to her my issues but she kept saying my nail bed was wide which I guarantee you they are not. I wouldn't recommend this place unless there is someone other to do your nails than the person who done mine .

The pedicure did not include everything advertised in the spa package. The exfoliation/scrubbing was basically nonexistent. The brush was used for what felt under 1 second (didn't touch my feet- grazed across toe tips), followed by a hot towel. I asked for a French tip with regular polish, but the technician applied gel and used a UV light I did NOT request gel. He was precise with the tip and that was good but it was pink base...(did not request). My right big toenail was also cut significantly shorter than the skin, while the left extended beyond the skin. see photo. Then the manicure became an even bigger problem since I don't receive one. I requested manicure with a thin French tip/squoval. Instead, I was taken straight to the drill. There were visible particles/debris and what appeared to be bubbles or glitter trapped throughout the clear product. I pointed this out directly to the technician, Cody, and asked if he could see what I was talking about. He laughed and said he had no idea what it was, "maybe clear polish". I asked again because I wanted the issue addressed BEFORE he continued. Instead, he proceeded to apply clear gel over the material. The product also had an extremely foul odor that smelled like fungus/rotting material, and it was so strong that I became nauseated. I was genuinely concerned about what was being applied to my nails. Instead of taking my concern seriously, I felt dismissed and laughed at. The nails had debris trapped throughout the clear finish, uneven/inconsistent French tips, and an obviously rushed appearance. See photos. Plus, Squoval as requested. The worst part wasn't simply that the work was poor. Professionalism means acknowledging the problem and fixing it. I gave the technician an opportunity to address what I was seeing, and instead my concern was laughed off and the service continued. I was celebrating a milestone and drove over an hour because I trusted the 5-star reviews. I left with a headache, a ruined evening, and a manicure I now have to pay another salon to remove and attempt to correct. For $134, I expected the services I requested, quality work, sanitary products, and basic professionalism. Treated poorly. I would not return to this salon, and I don't recommend it.

Maybe I'm out of touch with prices these days, but that was SO EXPENSIVE for a polish that last MAYBE 3 days. On top of that, the man (Howie?) who did mine asked if I had kids and when I said no he continued to tell me that I need to have at least one... I then told him I can't have any and he stopped but men shouldn't tell women they need to have kids. PERIOD. Unfortunately I will not be coming back here and will not recommend it to anyone I know.

When I showed up for the appointment, they looked at me like I was crazy and when I explained what was going on, they stated "oh, he went home". That's it! No text, no phone call. Unfortunately for me, I'm left searching for a new nail tech as reliability is pretty important.

We may have finally found what we've been looking for here at Diva's! Mary did my pedicure and Timothy did my mom's. Both were very sweet and meticulous. My pedicure was a lot faster than my mom's, but I still feel like Mary paid good attention to detail. I didn't feel rushed. The place was nearly empty on a Monday afternoon, making the experience feel private and relaxing. Eventually, other guests arrived who appeared to be regulars. They had a good amount of colors, nicely organized. The price of our basic pedicures was $40 each, which we found to be reasonable. Looks like a basic mani starts at $20 as well. The place was overall clean and tidy. Of course, things at nail salons could always be cleaner in my opinion, but this one did a good job overall. We will come back!
