I went in yesterday looking for something simple to get for the holidays . So I went and asked what would be the price for the first picture . She said $65 ,then turned around ,and went to ask another tech to be sure and she said $70-$75 because it was long which was fine with me . Then she said anything shorter will be less . Ok so she start doing my nails she cut it to the second picture length and said this was long ,that it will still be $75. For longer it would be $85. This is clearly a medium set and if they were longer it still wouldn't have been worth price . And that's clearly not what you said when i showed you the picture . Overall my nails look a hot mess , I was lied to ,overcharged ,the ombré is not great,the file down was poor my nails are so big. I tried to stress to her my issues but she kept saying my nail bed was wide which I guarantee you they are not. I wouldn't recommend this place unless there is someone other to do your nails than the person who done mine . read more

I went here once as a walk in and they were pretty husy but I was taken in for a pedi and mani pretty quickly! I actually like how they did and were pretty fast it is just far from my house as I live in north bossier. But if you are in need for nails in this are I would definitely recommend them. I've gone here multiple times and I've not once been disappointed. I got my nails done today and it's 100% the best set I've ever had. The staff is always super sweet and helpful, and they take their time to make sure everything is perfect, especially Tracey. She not only was very precise, but she was quick too (and not in a bad way either). She constantly checks in to make sure everything was okay, and not once did she seem annoyed or agitated when I asked her to make them shorter (and she also kept asking me about the length, which made me feel better about asking). The prices are also really great for the work that's done. I would highly recommend this nail shop in the Shreveport/Bossier area. read more

At first I wasn't expecting much... but honestly CiCi was the best. They greeted me with a warm welcome and got to work right away. They except walkins and will do a full set on the spot. I asked for ombre and they delivered.... And as she was getting ready to wrap up I decided to add on glitter..... and again she delivered. Honestly one of the best nail experiences I've had. First time coming here!!! This business is so family oriented! They want to engage with you, make sure their work is efficient, and ensure you're not only comfortable in the chair you're sitting in, but that you're comfortable with what they're doing & how they're doing it. TRACEY IS THE BEST!!! She took care of me when I walked in (I didn't have an appt and it was Sunday at noon) and she asked me before doing anything, while checking in with me throughout working on my nails. We talked like old friends and I felt so relaxed. The environment they have created is so rare to find anywhere, not just at the nail salon. Every employee treated the clients with a sense of security. You could tell everyone was relaxed and I felt like majority of them were regulars due to everyone being on first name basis as a client would walk in. I got a medi/pedi along with my eye brows waxed.. all of it was 10/10!!! The price shook me, as well! Tracey received a 20% tip, five stars, and so much more to come from me! Incredibly impressed and can not wait to return!! I absolutely loved that she treated me individually, was in no rush but efficient (took ab an hour and a half), and continuously asked me if I liked my nails, if she was hurting me, and did not try to up sell me every chance she got. Ask for a simple French tip and the lines are horribly jagged. Asked multiple times for it to be fixed. They would only fix one at a time. Finally left after being there two hours. They would only discount me $5 even though a lot of the paint is jagged. They left paint all over my hands. read more

They are rude and unprofessional I had a crack in my nail and had gotten a pearl tip manicure. Instead of replacing the nail they just laid more acrylic over it and could see the crack still. I made them redo it and they didn't smooth the filing down or nothing and gave nothing but attitude and talk about me like a dog in Asian dialect. So disrespectful. And also the salon is filthy and clutter everywhere. The nerve for the price they charge. Also I gotten athletes foot from a pedicure. Horrible experience. read more

First of all, this place gave the shitest overpriced pedicure I ever had in my life. Second, they charge extra if your a man and they don't tell you till you are paying and sneak the extra charge on you. Third, after all was said and done, the next day I developed a ingrown toenail because they do not know how to probably cut toenails. They rounded my nails all the way around and cut them way to short. Now I have this INFECTION on my toe and it hurts like hell. read more

I will never come back to this nail salon again!!! After walking in the store and signing in, no one showed me the dip nail colors. After sitting down at a spot, the lady tries to remove the dip from my nails by prying it off. I told her this hurt and then she tried to cut them without even asking if I wanted them cut. I then asked her if she could soak my nails instead (like most places usually do). She look annoyed and then started to file off the dip with the nail drill. While I was soaking my nails, she asked what nail color I wanted. I said I wanted a hot pink, but that I hadn't chose a specific nail color because no one showed me the nail colors. I showed her a picture of the nails I wanted and she looked at the picture and then told me what I wanted to wasn't hot pink (no big deal). After literally 5 min of soaking them, she takes them out and starts to file them very aggressively. She breaks one of my nails while she is talking on the phone. After she files them and I look at them, I tell her I want them cut just a little. She stops what she's doing and rolls her eyes. I apologize that I didn't tell her sooner because I could tell she was annoyed. Luckily, my nails turned out fine. I am very disappointed with the way I was treated here. I love getting my nails done and got them done regularly prior to having my baby. I was shopping around for a new salon after learning my nail technician of 3 years was no longer working. I was very pleased with Tina who did my gel manicure and I plan to go back to see her. I did think they were a touch pricey which is why I chose a 4 star. read more

Overall i love it here 3 out of the 4 times I've been . But i recently had a guy this time. He was rough , rude and in a hurry. I was seriously disappointed in the service today Tools were not sterilized which should have been a warning . My sister and I got manicures and they were disasters . The polish was rubbing off our nails before we got down the street My sister said her manicurist was rough and hurt her. The man who did mine did a terrible job. I read reviews on a few salons and I thought this one had good reviews. I was here working and needed a pedicure. I went at around 11:00 a.m. on a Wednesday because I thought it wouldn't be busy. The place was full. I wanted a basic pedicure. When the person began to work on me, I became concerned because it didn't look like the station was clean. She didn't take out clean tools and I couldn't be sure if they had been used previously. After she used them, she rinsed them in my foot bath and put them back in the drawer. YIKES! All I can say was it was a dirty salon. I was extremely uncomfortable during the pedicure. She took as little as a minute or two on every step. It was the WORST pedicure I have ever paid for. If this salon was in my home town, they would be out of business in a week. Horrible service. She left me there for my toes to dry and never returned so I put my own shoes back on and paid my bill.
