0/10 -- absolutely would not recommend…read more I decided to try this salon after my regular nail tech moved away, and this was easily one of the worst nail experiences I've had. I went in for builder gel on my natural nails and spent 2.5 hours for a service that was poorly executed from beginning to end. The nail tech cut all of my natural nails down and THEN proceeded to tell me I needed a full set -- despite my nails being completely fine beforehand and not needing one before they were cut. That alone was frustrating and disappointing. I specifically asked for oval nails and somehow ended up with a random mixture of oval, round, uneven, and inconsistent shapes. None of the nails match, the shaping is sloppy, and the overall result looks rushed despite spending hours in the chair. Paying for a premium service should not leave you regretting the appointment the moment you walk out. I gave this salon a chance and unfortunately left completely disappointed. Save your time and money -- I will absolutely not be returning.

Oh and the massage chair, massage the seat as well as the back- I've never been in one of those. It was nice.
