The esthetician was amazing! Very professional, telling me everything she was doing before she did it, it really was much better than I thought. Got a pedicure, felt AMAZING, now understand, this is not something I do all the time, but the message of my feet, my legs, the hot water.... it just felt amazing. I already booked my follow up spot in 4 weeks. The services are very professional, the atmosphere is so calming and relaxing, with the aromas in the air, not too strong, but enough, the soft music, the low lights, it's just an all around nice, comfortable, relaxing place. My nail technician, Michael was the absolute best person I've ever been to. He was very kind and his station was a spotless kind of clean. Throughout the whole appointment he was very thorough with his work. He paid very close attention to the shape of my nails and make sure I was getting his best work. I've never been more pleased with anyone else's work and I will only go to him for now on. Outside of his amazing skills the prices are very reasonable, the other staff members were personable and friendly. This was my second trip for a pedicure at this location. As a guy I grew up with the notion that a pedicure was something that guys just don't do. So to actually start having this service performed was not the most laid back idea for me. I have to admit that the staff at Spa Concepts in Bossier City have been exceptional. Cassandra did an amazing job on my dermaplaning facial! I felt that my COVID risk was as minimal as it could be during a facial and every worker was incredibly professional. I have enjoyed every visit to this spa and have found all of the workers from the estheticians to the masseuses to be wonderful at what they do.
