The nail technician did not bother to massage my hands. I only got gel, no acrylic, on my hands and feet and the total came out to $85. The nail technician did an okay job. There are some areas on my nails that are sloppy. For $85, I'd expect better work.

Today I had someone different do my dip and I couldn't be more displeased. They are lumpy, thick, none of the nails are shaped alike. Not to mention, she sloppily applied GEL polish on top of the dip, and only in certain areas so now my nails are splotchy as well. And I had to ask her to clean under the nails when she was "done" if you get dip you know how it can build up under the nail. I told her I wasn't happy and after sitting with her for almost 2 hours I didn't have time to have them redone. I wasn't even offered a discount for the poor job, OR told the price for my mani/pedi before she swiped my card. I'm angry I paid for these nails.

Every time I walk into her pristine and beautifully decorated office space I feel instantly at ease and like I'm being taken care of by family! That feeling alone is worth its weight in gold with Shreveport being challenging to find good places for waxes. I have come to Lori for about a year now (roughly every 4wks) for a Brazilian wax and she makes what can be an extremely awkward experience a breeze! Her pricing is VERY fair and honestly it's the best deal I have ever had. You definitely get your money's worth and Lori goes above and beyond to make sure you leave happy. I have yet to try any of Lori's cosmetics procedures but I feel completely assured that when I do I can trust Lori to take care of me. Lori knows her stuff when it comes to skin care and laser treatment procedures. Check out her extensive list I have posted pictures of... and if you have any questions she is always more than willing to answer any of your concerns. Honestly I don't have one bad thing to say about Lori and if you give her a try you will not be disappointed. Thank you Lori for everything!

Shortly after my previous review I call to make an appointment stating I just needed some tweaking to the haircut (I have difficult hair and you never know how it's going to respond). This was within a couple days of the original haircut. Due to scheduling I was unable to get in for 2 weeks. This put about 3 weeks between haircuts. Now I'm sure there are people that get haircuts every 3 weeks, but I'm certainly not one of them. I made it clear that the haircut needed work. I guess because I didn't get in for 3 weeks I got charged for a full new haircut. That was frustrating. The irony came when at the end as I was leaving she told me if I had any issues in the next few days give a call and they'd get me in to take care of it.... Really? I thought that's what I was doing. Not for yet another 50+ dollars, thanks I'll wait. Overall. Stylists do a good job. But not really the best 'customer service'
