She oozes with lies and it is sickening to see Larissa represent a woman like Jeannie with deep roots in faith, honesty, and helping the community begin to tarnish that reputation. Few examples - Larissa comes out and compliments my wife on losing weight...then tries to sell her on the ultrasonic liposuction...fast forward a few minutes later when my wife asks her something specific about a past treatment, Larissa says "I don't remember everyone that I treat, I don't know." Oh really...how did you know she lost weight? Next we get to the price argument. Jeannie ran a special, just like she is doing now on groupon for a full body laser hair removal for $499. Larissa won't hear of it. She claims there is a doctor she needs to pay. Or that laser costs $1200 minimum. Compares Bossier to Dallas. Uses choice words to make the customer feel like a liar. She even goes as far to say that Groupon made an error and she demanded they take the ad down (untrue, since I am close friends with Eric and Rich...co-founder and current CEO respectively, and a quick chat uncovered this lie). Groupon is going to flag The Skin Station and reach out to the 63 customers who bought the Extra Large Area coupon to verify Larissa "turned them away" as she claimed. Hopefully this was the only true thing she said meaning a permanent ban from Groupon due to breach of contract. Jeannie needs to keep Larissa secluded to the back room on the laser and keep her away from any type of customer sales interaction. You never know who she will lie to and the adverse impact it will have in the long term. Get someone honest to represent the business and I am sure you'll recover.

Oh My Lord! Every time I go and get a massage they get better and better. I get a full body massage and she focusses on target areas that I request. I know the body massage is great but when the therapist massage your hands and your body just go into relax zone then yes you have a great therapist... I literally need to take a minute and sit in my car to regroup to drive. I'm sorry I can't remember the therapist name but I ask for her and now she's my regular therapist...The place is very clean the bathrooms are clean and the greeters are very nice and friendly... I would recommend this place to anyone in need of a great massage.. I know I went under the sleep radar a couple of times and apologized if I made any noises She was very nice about it and we laughed.. Thanks For being the Envy of the all massage spas..

I can appreciate that they list modalities with each practitioner but I've had better at massage schools from the east coast to the Midwest. Also, my practitioner was a chatty Kathy. I don't know how to ask someone to stop talking or let me please relax with tranquil silence so I endured. She didn't touch my scalp, ears and a few other key points given it was a 90min massage. She seemed eager to prove she can be/could be super deep with the pressure. It was unbearably rough and hard so I had to ask her to go softer in 1 area. She got a chuckle out of things and said you wasn't ready for it, huh? Not that pressure. IDK.
