She moved my too soon and my nails messed up and she acted upset she had to redo them. I was then moved again to drying station and I tried telling her the drying fan she put me at wasn't working and she argued with me. I had to get some other employees to check and it was infact broken. She never came back and checked on me. I had to go get her again and tell her it was infact broken. She then moved me another fan. I then noticed something had blown onto my nail from the fan. She once again never checked back on me. I had to get another nail techs attention and show them my nail. Instead of taking the polish off and redoing it, they scrapped it off and put more polish over nail making it uneven and ugly. I was told it would take to long to take it off and do it over. We also were never offered drinks or anything during our visit. However, I heard other nail techs offering their customers drinks. To be labeled as a higher end salon, and your prices being more than many others, you would expect a better experience and service but that was not the case. I thought we might be have been offered a discount but nothing was offered although I told the receptionist that we had a horrible experience. We were highly disappointed and will not be back.
