We were able to walk in and get pedicures with no wait time. That should have been our first sign of how things were going to turn out. Their hot water was not working and instead of heating water up quicker in the microwave they were trying to warm it up in a small coffee pot. One out of the three pedicures got lukewarm water and one out of the three got the Deluxe pedicure that was asked for, but she did not get any hot water. It was a complete mess. read more

They also didn't have the color that I wanted. When they substituted another color, it was brighter and a pearly color. I wasn't too happy with having to oay $85 for that. First time here and it was pretty good. Very clean and everything was sanitized. I got a shellac manicure in the color High Mintenance (K413) by Amy who was very nice. The only negative thing I have to say is it was very warm in the room and I wish the massage was a little longer and the service itself. I believe I was only there for 30 minutes including me picking my nail color. I haven't decided if I will come back only because $35 and didn't feel pampered. read more

Also they can't do nails. I left with cuts on my fingers because she was literally rushing trying to finish my nails. The last time I went here, (months ago) I had an amazing experience! The girl who worked on my nails was wonderful! Very sweet, very approachable, easy and comfortable to talk to, and of course she did an excellent job with my nails! Because of that first experience, I definitely wanted to go back. And so I did today... and yes they are open (5/22). I will not be coming back. The people that greeted us at the door, were not welcoming, not very helpful with what we wanted and we felt judged for showing them the pictures we wanted. We were excited being able to get our nails done since salons have been closed. This was a very disappointing outing. Top of that, our nails are loose, there are gaps between my real nails and fake nails, and within the first two hours after they were done, one is cracked. So please read before going here!! Wow! I have been to many nail salons all over the US and this place absolutely blows them all away. The staff were so welcoming. My husband and I both went in for pedis after reading the amazing reviews. The shop was so clean and had a large selection of services including waxing and massages. They made us feel like their most important customers. I was super excited when I noticed they have children's pedi chairs. I will be taking my daughter there tomorrow! I did not have to wait at all for a pedicure the water was perfect I like mine on the hotter side and it was perfect! The wonderful woman doing my pedicure informed me I had a toenail that was trying to become ingrown! Came in for a basic manicure and pedicure. Got the deluxe pedicure because I wanted to really pamper myself (I am 9 and a half months pregnant!). My first impression of the salon was nor good or bad, you can tell it's an older salon, but wasn't the cleanest it could've looked. My main concern is the equipment they use. In every salon I have ever been to, the tech has opened up new cleaning supplies/equipment in front of me so I always knew the equipment was sanitary. At this salon however they do their own sterilizing/ cleaning of the supply's..... scary honestly. The tech cleaned the foot file she used on me in my tub water!!! Eeeek! And when she did my manicure the clippers had someone else's skin on it, but she cleaned it with alcohol right in front of me. In most of the salons I've been to you get a hand/foot massage with any basic manicure or pedicure. The prices for the manicure or pedicure were not posted anywhere (not in the building or online!) and I didn't get to chose what pedicure I wanted until I was in the chair with my feet in the water. The tech gave me a book with the names and prices of the pedicures, there were no descriptions listed along with that. The deluxe pedicure was $42, I guess if I had paid $52 for the spa pedicure I would've gotten the massage. The pedicure itself was good. She did well on the bottom of my feet and the painting. The manicure was also adequate but nothing spectacular. Again I was expecting some kind of rub or hand massage but got nothing, not even any lotion!! This was my first time at this salon so I do not know if they do this but every other salon I've been to at least gives you an arm rub and lotion! All in all I will not be returning. The sanitation was suspect and I don't feel like I got my money's worth for the $42 pedicure and $20 manicure. read more

Based on the previous reviews I decided to take my daughter there for her yearly Spring Break manicure and pedicure. They did not a child sized chair but made accommodations for her size. This was the first time she's ever had a true pedicure (including the leg exfoliation, lotion massage, and a hot towel wrap!) The salon was very clean. The staff was great with her and she truly enjoyed getting pampered. When we left she told me that she wants to go to that place every time to get her nails done. Highly recommend! read more

Awful pedicure!!.My feet where soaked for less in 3 mins, & just rushed through, tech didn't even put the fabric slippers on me, just started polishing, then asks do I want to dry my toes!! Really??!! WHT?? who walks out the nail salon in the winter with no shoes!! Worst will never have my feet done here again especially for $30!! I've had way better service for $20 & $25!! BEWARE!!!!!! Poor Service I got a pedicure with acrylic nails and paid $65. Now if am paying $65 for my feet only, they should look GREAT...NOT the case at this business. That night I had to scrub my feet more to get the soft and I get regular pedicures at home, so they weren't in bad shape at the start. The nails fell off in 2 - 4 days. Aside from the poor service, I had the displeasure of listening to the Asian women speak in of the customers badly..saying all sorts of ugly words about the Black women in the shop. One caught on to me listening; I could not control my facial expressions after hearing the horrible things that they said about their customers, who were ALL beautiful BLACK women! Just because we are Black does not mean that English is the only language that we know. DO NOT waist your money here. Came to get my powder polish refreshed and the lady picked the wrong color, I advised her that it was incorrect but yet she insisted that it wasn't incorrect. I went back to get it corrected and was told that I never said the color was wrong and tried to charge me AGAIN to correct their error!!! Worst salon ever to go to!!!
