Then issue was the actual outcome of my nails. I asked for dip. I also asked for a tip on my pointer finger because that nail had broken. The nail tech says Okay and then later says "no tip, I will file them even". I let him know that I didn't want the others filed down as short as the one that had broken, that's why I wanted the tip because I wanted the length. He insists that he doesn't need to add a tip to make it even. I let him continue, trusting that he's the professional. I'm not sure if he doesn't know how to do tips or if they were out. At the end of the service, my nails were nowhere close to even. Also, because the pointer fingernail is so short, he was not able to even file it the same shape. I asked for square round. The pointer is oval. Then he says "see they're even right?" Umm, not even close! Also, they put gel top coat on at the end instead of the dip top coat. Gel doesn't last as long and it is peeling already after one week. My dip usually lasts me 3+ weeks. It was an emergency situation. Maybe it would've been a better experience if I had made an appointment. Usually, I call a place and ask for whoever is the best and whatever service I plan receive.

From my head to my feet even massaged my stomach and my bottom. The stomach was a bit weird, but hey it's part of the body. I also liked that she let me enjoy the session and didn't do a lot of talking. She let you choose your massage oil aromatherapy and it wasn't too strong of a smell. I would definitely recommend.
