The entire place needs remodeled and a deep clean. No soap in the bathroom, all the salt and pepper shakers look like they have never been wiped down, the drink machine is gross, looks like no one there cares. The last two times we've had their steak and cheese it was less than 1/2 the steak it used to be. Takeout is a hit or miss. If you go inside to eat, close your eyes because it will make you sick looking around. Last evening was our absolute last time.

Now even though I gave 5 stars there are a couple of things they should consider if the restaurant owner reads this review. Napkins or paper towels should be kept at all tables. Bathroom foot handle should be placed on the inside of the bathroom doors so we don't have to touch the handle when trying to leave the restroom to go eat our food at the table. Kids high chairs need to be wiped down really well and clean. We wiped it down before putting our toddler baby in one. Was really dirty near the middle buckle in the crevice. Other than that restaurant looked clean. Booths and tables were clean. Food was good. Service was friendly and welcoming. Pizza sold by the slice as an option which was awesome.

As always, we were greeted with a warm smile and seated immediately. Our waitress was friendly, attentive, and efficient, and she brought over some decadent garlic knots for us to enjoy while we waited for our meal. Of course, our meal was really nice! A little over cooked coconut chicken, but still very tasty! Beyond our own wonderful experience, I couldn't help but notice the exceptional service being provided to another table. I have honestly never witnessed wine service quite like that in person! The customer ordered a bottle of wine, and the waiter promptly brought it to the table carrying it as though he were presenting a million-dollar bottle. He carefully opened it right at the table and allowed the guests to taste the wine before offering to fill their glasses. For a moment, I felt like I had stepped into a black-tie, Michelin-star restaurant! The attention to detail, presentation, and genuine care he gave that table were absolutely impeccable. While our own service was wonderful, I couldn't help but notice that extra touch of grandeur being extended to his guests. THAT is what exceptional service looks like! Way to go, Vito's!
