Unfortunately, when my order arrived, the salad included lettuce, which was not indicated. When I called the restaurant to address this, the man who answered was dismissive and argued that "all salads have lettuce." When I asked for his name, he refused to provide it. I decided to drive back to the restaurant to request a refund, hoping for a resolution. Instead, the same individual continued to argue with me about the components of a salad and again refused to identify himself. I am very disappointed by both the lack of accuracy in the menu description and the unprofessional, argumentative customer service I encountered. I hope the management addresses these issues, as this experience has discouraged me from ordering here again.
