I've eaten here since I was a kid. NEVER had a bad meal. I worked there for a while, and perfection was demanded. I was told many times to put more toppings on, unlike most places that skimp. Fantastic!! We ordered a large sausage and mushroom!! They are always so generous with their toppings. It was delicious as always. I ordered on a Friday at 9pm and the young lady who took my order was kind and professional and not once became frustrated when I changed our order several times! Very polite. This is the absolute best pizza in Southwest Michigan. Somehow they are able to pile toppings high without making the hand-tossed crust soggy. I also love the variety of the menu! My only wish is that during the pandemic they were able to accept payment over the phone and deliver curbside. We have been getting carryout several times a week in an effort to support local businesses during this time, and this was the only time we were asked to come inside to pay/pic. As high-risk folks who have not even entered a grocery store, this was disappointing. As a caregiver, lots of my residents family members will give us treats to say thank you.  Over the weekend a residents family took them out to Roma Pizza.  They were kind enough to share.  It was delicious cold or reheated.  I love the crust and the veggies were delicious.  I've been to Roma myself a few times throughout my life and have never been disappointed. I usually go with 2-4 in my party and we always have a great time.  The staff is always friendly and quick.  I appreciate the time taken to make sure everyones' expierence is fantastic and will continue to eat here for years to come.  Love you guys. read more

Ordered a large pepperoni pizza for delivery last night after finding this place on yelp, which looked somewhat promising. When I called, the girl who took my order on the phone was pretty rude. Didn't say anything wrong, but just had a serious attitude with every question she asked. Luckily, the delivery driver was a lot nicer. I'm not sure of his name but he was an older gentleman and was very polite Now the taste of the actual pizza was pretty... average. It did have a wonderful appearance and smell. The sauce wasn't bad, but the cheese wasn't great. Every bite tasted like 90% cheese and when there's no special cheeses used or any special flavor, I'd prefer to have less cheese.. We ordered two meals and an appetizer for carry out and we're told 35 minutes. We go to pick it up and they say it's in the oven. Ten minutes later they tell us we never placed an order even though they are whispering that someone else messed up taking the order. We stupidly decide to wait for a new order to be made for thirty more minutes. We were not offered a discount. While we waited we also saw them mess up several more orders and try to give away our order to someone else. We take the food home and it looks like it's been reheated as one meal is dry and the other is liquid (not saucy). None of it was good. Should've gone literally anywhere else. read more

Called and they sounded busy. After giving hotel address and my room number twice I was told an hour and wasn't surprised. Called back a few times and kept being told the delivery driver couldn't deliver it because they didn't have a room number or phone number. If there wasn't enough digits when they took the order you would think they would have checked again. After two hours and 20 minutes the owner sounded discussed with me and told me to just have the order for free. So we ended up with a cold pizza, dumped cannoli's and garlic cheese bread made from dinner rolls with cheese...I want to give a special thanks for making our travel a rotten experience. Food is very good. When ordering takeout, do NOT trust that you have received everything. This weekend we had an average sized order with one being a dinner. Was asked about soup or salad specifically and requested salad. When the kids got home after picking up the order, no salad. If this had been an isolated incident that would be one thing but it is not. Previous time we ordered extra garlic bread with cheese was ordered and not included. My favorite pizza. The sauce and crust is fantastic. I have been coming here for over 40 years and it has been very consistent in food and quality. Highly recommend the garlic cheese bread as well. They have much more than pizza. Recommend the Italian beef, ham and cheese, and pretty much everything. My wife and I come here often for breakfast. The food is always good and not expensive. My issue and the reason for the low score is because of the morning waitress. She isn't there all the time but when she is she's usually the only one waiting on tables. The problem is that she wears filthy food stained clothes. She always wears the same tight cut jeans and her t shirt looks like she's been wearing it for 2 weeks and the food stains on it are gross. It really does something to your appetite. It sounds petty but it really is disgusting. The problem is that often I've wanted to eat there but decline because she might be there.
