Beware!! They rented us a dumpster, we walked through the amount of dirt, rocks weeds that we would be filling it with. We went as far as to ask how full we could fill the dumpster based on weight, the driver said to the top but not past that point. We then rented a tractor and filled the dumpster to the agreed height. They then said they could not pick it up and would charge us for extra days kept. We then shoveled by hand 1/2 of it out! Then when they came for it, they dumped more out all over the yard instead of on the concrete where we shoveled it to and charged us additionally for having to dump some out! So FYI your maybe able to fill about 1/4 of dumpster for nearly triple the charge! Beware! read more

The dumpster we rented was not big enough so the company asked us to remove half the load into another dumpster. We paid extra to get a second dumpster and then spent HOURS hand removing this material into the second dumpster. Rolys picked up the first dumpster and left the second. We were confused but were sure they would come get it. After calling them a few days later, they came early on a Saturday morning and dumped about half the material on the road in front of our house and our neighbors. They refuse to clean up the hundreds of pounds they dumped unless we pay $500 up front. Which is CRAZY. Because how can I trust they will actually do the job? read more

I'm was very unsatisfied with this service. I filled out the online request for a Saturday 10 am delivery. Additionally, when I paid over the phone I confirmed a Saturday delivery. After several calls and text the container arrived at 2:30. The owner was not very concerned that I had waited most of the day for the container. I expressed my frustration and disappointment. The only thing offered to me was an extension for the following Saturday. I didn't even get that extra day. At 7:30 on Friday my container was picked up as I was leaving for work. Technically I paid for 7 days and was only given 5. The entire experience started with a late delivery and ended with an earlier than agreed upon pickup. When I complained to the owner he would not have any partial refund and blamed me for not calling when the driver arrived. Not hassle free. Not on time delivery. Not 7 day rental. If you use Rolys and schedule it for a Saturday, don't plan on them. read more

In our case they dropped off a dumpster late in the afternoon on a Friday and picked it up the following Thursday at 7am, effectively giving us 5 days to use it. There was no call or prior warning that they needed to pick it up early. My wife and I called on two separate occasions and were brushed off or ignored. There are a number of other dumpster services in the valley and I won't be using this one again. read more
