Great freaking sandwich! I recommend Santa Fe chicken and the pesto chicken! Friendly staff also!!

I love this place! Best cold and hot sandwiches and soups. Today I got the pesto turkey club and Tim (the owner) recommended that I get it hot and add spinach. Great recommendation! read more

I discovered Roly Poly after searching for healthy food joints in the area. If you have the menu on your hand, they take phone orders too, just in case if you wanna save time. Its a very small, average looking store, but not to be underestimated. Their customer service is excellent besides they deliver too. They messed up my order on the very first visit, but the owner and employees were the happiest people on the earth to correct it.(Prolly theyve been to Bhutan!) Ive tried Veggie monster, Nutty avocado and chicken pesto. The chicken in it has a smoky flavor which they havnt mentioned and, the veggie monster tasted as fresh as pearls and Nutty avocado was just fine! I appreciate them mentioning the calories for each wraps. Theyve won my heart & my belly!! read more

Just checking in to give Roly Poly a 5 star rating! This place has the most delicious wrapped sandwiches I've ever had, and the staff is SUPER friendly and helpful! The menu is healthy, delicious, and inexpensive compared to regular fast food. They even have night time hours so I can stop by during the work week! read more

A great selection of grilled sandwiches, soup and salads. Plus the service is excellent!

I arrived at 11:30 on a Saturday morning. It wasn't busy at all, in my opinion the perfect time to come due to the restaurant not having much a dining area. Despite the space, the sandwich which is rolled into a tortilla was delicious. I ordered the California footlong which included turkey, bacon, spinach, avocado, tomato, and cheese. Added a bag of chips and a drink for a total of $10.73. If you're in the area you should give it a shot, you won't go wrong with their extensive selection. read more

Hands down some of the best customer service ever! Great food, reasonable prices, and seriously I'll say it again some of the before customer service ever. Highly recommended!!!! read more

I've been a longtime patron of RolyPoly. I love the #38... Not many quick wrap shops have Brie on their wraps! It's delish! The staff here is also very helpful and friendly... Plus they deliver! Huge bonus for when you can't get away for lunch and don't want the usual suspects for a delivered meal. read more

My wife has been going to ROLY POLY since 2005. 10 years later, the food is still great. A ton of variety, healthy fresh food (with a lot of vegetarian options) and s friendly staff. Best fast casual in the SMU area. read more

Roly Poly - The #43 - Delis Near Me - Dallas, Texas

I am a big user of Eat24 and have been seeing Roly Poly for awhile. I am not a huge fan of wraps but decided to give this place a shot and I am so glad I did! This was one of the best wraps I have ever had. I also tried the chicken enchilada soup which was also fantastic. My girlfriend had the buffalo chicken salad and I couldn't help grabbing a bite of that, too. Everything beyond met my expectations. Customer service was excellent and the delivery was fast. You really can't eat healthy and have it taste this good at this low of a price. I plan on ordering from Roly Poly over and over again! read more

This place is amazing ! The staff was super friendly and the wraps are addicting ! I could probably eat here daily.

This place is great. The wraps are great and I love the variety for vegans. The staff is friendly and always have Smalls on their face. I would recommend trying all of the wraps. read more

These are the kind of people we need making our sandwiches. It's motivated artisans like Kristen who pay attention to the details when crafting a meal. We were greeted quickly and kindly with a complete briefing on their full menu. I was recommended the basil cashew chicken wrap. It was delicious. Kristen delivered a carefully executed distribution of each ingredient. read more

I placed a large catering order for a party. The customer service was great, and the wraps were delivered on time. They must have been pretty good too because they were gone before I had a chance to try one. read more

The lady that helped me a few mins ago (wish I knew her name) was wonderfully helpful and friendly. The food is really good too, but I would go back specifically for the service, honestly. Too many establishments have unfriendly and unpersonalized service these days, which is such an important part of an experience. Thanks lady at roly poly, you made my evening. read more

This is the place me and my wife will drive 30 minutes to go eat at. The food taste Great and the Options are way to many to count. I like 26, 24 and 77. Some people call it a sandwich place but really its a wrap place, there are no sandwiches there :) read more

Roly Poly rocks! I love the #40 Texas Tuna Melt, #36 Chicken Fajita, and the #30 Basil Cashew Chicken. You can even roll your own sandwich. Awesome! read more

I lov this place!!! The food is delish, speedy and the owner and crew are extremly nice. If you don't know what to get they help advise you in great choices. If you're looking for a warm or cold healthy meal, Roly Poly will get you covered. My fav is the #13 on wheat with the Baja chicken enchilada soup. If your're still not sure what to get, then just build your own wrap. Located between Luke's Locker and Starbucks on Mockingbird...a prestige location...go try it, you won't regret it!!! read more

This place was a great find. Locally owned and the owners are super nice. I ordered the Texas Tuna Melt: dill tuna salad, jalapeño jack cheese, bacon, onion, avocado, BBQ sauce, with a side of ranch dressing. AMAZING! It was so good! Absolutely going back. read more

Easily the most capable and accommodating restaurant in town when it comes to processing large group orders on-line. Tasty food, reasonable prices, and some of the friendliest service around doesn't hurt either. Love this place! read more

From my 10-year-old daughter: slowest service ever, coupled with most disappointing meal in a long time. Tiny portions and low quality ingredients. I will NOT be returning. read more

I was looking for a quick lunch spot with my daughter and we found it. I had a great salad that was healthy with dark greens, walnuts, cranberries and lots of veggies. Usually sandwich places don't have good healthy salads but this was healthy and delicious. The staff was super nice and there were tons of regulars to which the staff knew their names and regular orders. Impressive. They were fast and good. read more

I really enjoyed the food and would totally recommend! The options were limitless and neatly served on the build your own platter I requested. They were a hit at the game night I hosted. One of my guest literally inhaled the California turkey wrap (#10) in like 4 seconds lol. I would def order from here again...especially since the delivery guy was cute ;) read more

My first time going, the owner was there working right alongside the employees. Super friendly staff and the sandwich was great. Everything was fresh and exactly as I ordered. I will definitely go back! read more

The owners/employees are so wonderfully kind, cheerful and helpful here I would maybe keep coming just for them to brighten my day even if the food wasn't freaking delicious. But the food is so good! It is healthy, fast and all the nutritional info is right on the menu as well. The employees remember your name and are great at making recommendations. I have tried a variety of their vegetarian wraps and they are all very good. They have fresh avocado, sprouts, and tons of other veggies and it is a filling and yummy alternative to other unhealthy fast food options. I also tried the Fajita veggie wrap which is pressed and warm and it is going to be my new cold weather comfort food go to! They also have soups and really great salads that are actually healthy not just nutritionless Romaine and crappy dressings. Their salads have spinach and other healthy greens and lots of fresh veggie ingredients. They also have freshly baked cookies! So good!! read more

Out first dining experience in Dallas was a GREAT one. The customer service was amazing and the sandwiches were yummy at a good price. We weren't sure what to order for our kiddo's. So we got two large sandwiches to share. The manager came out to see if the kids were happy and upon seeing that they weren't loving the adult sandwiches made them yummy kid versions... On the house! Try the watermelon sweet tea. Thanks for a wonderful experience, Roly Poly! read more

Food good. Lady took my money . Might want to tell her to say thank you to customers. . must be having a bad day.

So yummy! Came every so often here as a student, Great for lunch! Turkey Applejack is my fave, but they are all good. Quick too.

First time via Uber Eats. Still warm and very tasty Santa Fe Steak wrap. Fresh, nice char on the wrap, salsa just right. Perfect lunch!

Before I could even taste the food, my experience was ruined by the staff fighting with each other and then making rude comments about each other to me. Completely unprofessional. Probably won't be back because of this, no matter what the food taste like-there are plenty of other sandwich/ wrap places in the area without drama for lunch. read more

I ate Roly Poly sandwiches all the time when I went to SMU, and I wish there was one near my work place. The quality is really exceptional for the price, and all of the staff members are really friendly. Wayyyyy better than the Subway on campus...wish they could have traded places. read more

I have been a customer at Roly Poly since I started school at SMU four years ago and have to say that it is one of my favorite restaurants in the Dallas area. The staff is extremely nice and friendly and consistently remembers customers that frequent their location. On top of that, the food is absolutely fantastic. It is always made quickly and efficiently and, while I tend to stick to particular favorites on the menu (the Hickory Chicken is phenomenal) I will try something new every once in a while and always love it. A fantastic establishment run by fantastic people read more
